King Charles evicts Harry & Meghan from Frogmore Cottage 

I think King Charles is trying to protect William and Catherine and all royal family from Netflix crews that might be coming with Harry and Meghan for coronation.

It doesn't affect her directly but it may affect her indirectly in that, at present. Harry relies on it to claim he still has UK domicile which makes it possible for him NOT to pay taxes in the USA. He may find it more difficult to argue to the IRS that he retains this domicile without a UK residence though, of course, he can always acquire another property. No doubt the IRS are monitoring this situation with interest and alacrity. If for some reason Harry loses his UK domicile he may be forced to apply for American citizenship which, if allowed (but not guaranteed) means he will have to lose all his titles. That would be a good result wouldn't it?

I would wager he has done this to put a distance between William and family, and to halt Meagain filming in unauthorized areas of the Palace. Remember Harry described the layout of the Palace quite alarmingly in the book apparently. I could imagine Meagain sneaking around after dark taking photos, and who knows what else she would take.

My understanding is that a Counselor of State must be domiciled in the UK, among other requirements. Frogmore Cottage was Harry's domicile. This could be the first move in removing Harry as Counselor of State. And since he's NOT a working Royal AND could be losing the Counselor of State role, that could possibly make him ineligible to be an Internationally Protected Person. Frogmoore Cottage, as all other castles/buildings the Royal family lives in, belong to the UK public! The Royal family is allowed to live in these castles/buildings. The wedding gift from the Queen to the Harkles was that Harry and Meghan were allowed to live at Frogmoore Cottage (not that Frogmoore Cottage belongs to the Harkles). Now that Charles is King and the head of the UK monarchy, he’s the one deciding who of the Royal family can live in witch building.

William and Catherine have been offered Windsor Castle but they want to wait until the children are older.

The Lodge needs a lot of renovation and I think, for the tlme being, they are happy enough living near Windsor Castle until the children get older. Then they are supposed to move into Windsor Castle. We shall have to do as Lord Asquith said during the Second World War and "Wait and see".

It needs a lot of renovation which will cost quite a lot of money.

William and Catherine could easily inhabit all the grand mansions/palaces/castles if they wanted, yet they chose rather modest Adelaide Cottage. Not everyone needs or loves very big houses. Not to mention, that not everyone has a HUGE ego.
