I’m so happy you found Atlantis after attempting to dine at GSR 🤦🏻‍♀️ Atlantis is our go to buffet while in Reno. We haven’t stayed there in years but love the Friday/Saturday buffet. I don’t care for the steak but rather have the prime rib. Their comps are great, we never pay for a meal, always two comp buffet. What time did you go, didn’t look very busy. It’s best to get in line before the buffet opens for dinner, the line gets very long. Sue

Thank you, Sue! We got in line about 20 minutes before they opened and were seated shortly after they opened. This buffet was a grand slam! Everything we used expect in a buffet. We’ll definitely be back!

Why would you go for snow crab at all if you got king and Dungeness? Doesn't make sense. Otherwise I like how you roll - low carbs. Premium stuff only. I see people fill up on fried chicken and mashed potatoes. $56 and you eat fried chicken? Lunacy.

Another great upload. I lived on the West Coast and would have loved to visit it for the seafood. The meat looks a little overdone for my taste. I like it rare, very rare. If it wiggles and moos when hit with the fork, it's perfect.

This buffet is worth the price that they're asking. The seafood looks heavenly and the meats look wonderful, not dried out like the other buffet. There's something for everybody to eat there. I think there's nothing to lose on this buffet. It's only a winning.🎉❤

I see you didn't mention the bowl of beets at exactly 8:42. Embrace the BEETS! It's beet apartheid here at Explore Vegas! You want the beets! You love the beets! 😁 As long as you're here in Reno, avoid King's Buffet like the plague. Just don't do it.

I love going to the Atlantis buffet when i was kid living in Reno back in the 90s. I was there when I visit back in 2021 and they were doing cafeteria style serving because you know. I definitely would go back there next time I visit Reno, hopefully on a Friday

The problem with Crab is that you waste your Buffet time limit by cracking and getting the meat out.

I agree. They split the king crab for you so if you stick to that no worries. I didn’t see anything & no one informed us of any time limits at this buffet.

At least this casino gets it. What brings people to the casino are their buffets. People come to eat then will drop off some money at the tables / machines. Casinos without a buffet are stingy, they think people just come in to drop off money.

Welcome to my 'hood'...lol I recognize that bench seat... This buffet beats every LV buffet, both in price and quality AND KING CRAB!!!... LV buffets are all mostly cheap unit cost items now, serving to the masses for obscene prices... I make it a point to schedule my visit to Reno to hit this hotel and buffet.. (I'm off to Singapore next month and already have 2 seafood buffets reserved... lol)... Look forward to see how you top this vid next week..

Topping this buffet in Vegas is extremely difficult. I agree, this buffet blows the Vegas buffets out of the water. We don’t see food like this until there are special occasions and the price is super high.

Thank you, Laura! For me, Dungeness crab is a bit firmer than snow and has a buttery taste. Snow has the mildest flavor and king crab tastes much sweeter and typically is meatier.

We haven’t been to Reno in years. So many other casinos don’t have buffets anymore…we used to love the buffet at Eldorado. Nice to know Atlantis is offering such a scrumptious buffet at such a great price. No need to go to Vegas now…LOL!!

Exactly our thoughts. Reno felt a bit more like Vegas used to be. The hotel gave us coffee pods in the room everyday and complimentary bottles of water. The hotels in Vegas give you nothing and charge extra for everything.

First time in Reno, I love it, the weather in Reno is beautiful and I had been tried the buffet at Grand Sierra Resort after I watched your video. It was good buffet, no lobsters though. Next time I'll try buffet at Atlantic. Thank for the video
