This band is so nuts, every time I watch one of their concerts on here I just can feel the rush of dopamine being released, they're like a drug

When you go to see king gizzard , it's not just a show, it's an experience, nothing else like it in the world. Absolutely unreal. Those 2 nights were easily the greatest nights of my life. I was in the front row, both shows. Now I'm all bruised up for being crushed against the railing. I was hit in the head at least 10 times by crowd surfers. Almost lost my wallet. So thrilled that I got to meet them and hang out with them after the second show, they were nice enough to sign my poster of stu. Coolest people you'd ever meet. We talked for about an hour before they had to leave for Boston. Thanks for these amazing 2 nights and the memories, had fun hanging with you guys. Waiting out in the cold windy rain for 3 1/2 hours was absolutely worth it. These boys are going to take over the fucking world, no doubt in my mind. Ill never forget this weekend, as long as I live. Awesome show. Joey's licks are the secret weapon. That and the probably the best bass in the business. Also Eric and Micheal on the drums, wtf. Then throw in some Ambrose and Cook like seasoned salt and then Stu conducting and driving...this band is off the hook. 2017 was a real treat for rock and roll as far as I'm concerned. That is all.

How the heck on earth they managed to get 7 gem in one band. Like seriously each and every single one of them are crazy good. They definitely practice like mfkr.

My nephew introduced me to this band last night...this ole' man is so stocked to hear such great quality Rock music... I'm in heaven I love this band!

I saw gizz live at Trees in Deep Ellum in 2017. I was in the front row, waiting for several hours, holding in a massive piss. While waiting for them to set up Stu asks me and my friends where we're from and has casual conversation with us, and even asks us what our band is called. He then set the Hagstrom 12 string in front of us leaning on the floor monitors. That day I got to touch that fucking guitar AND the microtonal flying banana. Now anytime I see it I think about the journey that guitar has been on and for that brief moment in time it met me. I love y'all, come back to Texas soon!

When the tripod-mounted camera on the dancefloor starts bouncing at 13:52 during Billabong Valley my eyes water at just how fucking awesome this band is and how much everyone is enjoying what they create. The smile on Ambrose's face tells me he can feel the vibrations through his feet. Best bit of the video. Watch from 13:28 to get the full effect. Amazing.

Part of me loves King Gizz because they're one of the best psych/prog/krauty bands in god knows how long. Part of me loves King Gizz because of how nerdy and dedicated their fan base is and the great relationship they have with the band.

That medley at the end is perfect. They really know how to control their dynamics.

It makes me so happy when a band actually dares to play with more dynamics than just loud all the time, especially at a live concert.

I was at this concert and it was absolutely insane. I really didn't know what to expect, but what I didn't expect was the intense crowd that was literally beating the shit out of each other from beginning to end. It's weird because this video really doesn't show that at all, but it was intense. Anyways now I've come back to this video and rewatched the entire concert a few times, purchased a few of their albums and I'm purchasing more and I really can't stop listening to them. Crazy band, but really something incredible.

Saw them at Shaky Knees in Atlanta, they absolutely set us on fire! They opened with Mars for the Rich and Planet B..one of the most energetic shows I have seen in my life.

Never knew Joey sang in Anoxia, he’s got a good voice. Sounded a lot like Stu in the studio version.

absolutely fantastic set list, microtonal songs sound amazing live. I love how the set list also can tell its own story if you're privy to the lore, but how the songs are written when you re-contextualize things you can pretty much make a different story altogether.
