It is so interesting how our cultures are so different; if food touches the ground here it is usually thrown out. Good on you for using the goat heads and not wasting them. Also about the dogs; our cultures are different pets too. I think it is pretty kind of them to feed the dogs the same food they are eating. Many cultures wouldn't do that.

lemmy kilmister it's taste great. I'm from Jamaica and we prepare goat the same way(without the flies) but burnt the same way and curried or used for soup. Most people will eat lamb but not goat. Lamb has a strong smell....almost foul but goat is much more pleasant and also less oily.

I'm from America so the flies are a little unsettling because we prepare food a bit differently. But more than half of our food is fake/ processed! (One)of the main reasons we're known to be so overweight. I would eat his food any day!!! I love goat meat!!! ❤️

There is a lot of good meat on the head, very tender meat. My grandparents used to have lambs and pigs. We ate the heads, tongues, the neck meat. It is all very good, but a lot of work to prepare. Anybody making the typical negative comments may go now and eat a hot dog. You'll enjoy it more. I will still be the same meat, but with some rectums and intestines thrown in for that distinct hot dog taste.

this is how we used to cook goat head in South India in villages. please don't talk about higene because it's completely higene. Do u really think the processed food in hotel is higene. our food is best.
