The guys who translated that part of the manga are known to make shit up, see Yujiro's sex talk or Kaku's son being 120, off the top of my head. I would take the Netflix subtitles over their translation any time.
@@MrkDorker yeah but it all depends on which translation you read. Official translations aren’t bad but stuff from free manga sites are always a tossup
Lets all take a moment to recognize not only Yugiro's lightning speed but the amount of precision required to basically thrust your fingers that are as rigid as DIAMONDS into someone's face at Mach 3 speed and not vaporize his skull but merely slip your finders under 2 mm of skin.
Asia has a phrase when ppl disrespect them... "you dare make me lose face" or when they are trying to use their clout to remedy issues. " dont make me lose face" Hanjiro took both personally lol
It's more of a Chinese phrase commonly used in chinese manhwas or light novels Like "give up now and I won't make you lose face" "How dare you make me lose face!!" "You're courting death!" They really enjoy using hyperbole every opportunity
0:13 he is the world strongest but not everyone knows him reason he never got into a tv or stuff like that only every president of every country knows him and a few that fought him or just those who go in the underground arena he have been known only after his fight with baki at the end of the serie that's the moment where everyone started to know him as the strongest
He can probably break an unlimited number of tiles as long his height and arm length helps him, for him its irrelevant. Also Ryu Kaioh is probably among the strongest in the planet, but as said, he trained in a "safe" environment.
I became a fan of the series after the 2001 anime(I still love Child's Prey), kept reading the manga and the side stories and got hyped after they announced the 2018 anime but it was a disappointment to me...I guess they fixed the animation I hope they eventually reach Retsu vs "the legendary samurai" He deserves that
Y’all think retsu could take yujiro? I’ll be interested to see the comments 😊👍 btw your reaction to kaio ryu’s face being torn off made me laugh so damn hard. Keep up the good work brother.
When I was waiting for this season, I watched Kengan Ashura to fill the void but then this season came out....then I rewatched the last seasons....and realized Bakis fights are not that good at all.
Baki fights are good, its just that they're over much quicker than kengans. They both aim to achieve different things with their fights and they both do it pretty much perfectly.
Japan has been making fun of china destroying gung fu in rooting for those bullshit wudang and wushu styles for years. A man/woman in china now can say they are masters, even though they never stepped in a kwoon before or met a legit master/inheritor of the northern/southern contemporary shaolin systems or even a grandmaster. The ccp and some of the public(who don't know any better) treat them like officials or even gods, disregarding the real masters and grandmasters that Moa drove out or killed during the great leap forward era. This is all from my sifu who I have been training with for the past 4 years. I even showed him this episode(when he's already wary of martial arts movies/shows), we got to the part with the rooftiles and he scoffs and says "about as desperate and stuntish as breakable boards in budo(karate is one of the 25 diciplines under this, along with judo, the real original aikido, kyudo, ect) or in taekwondo. Xu Xuedong is a real life yujiro in a sense. Xu is actuallya legit inheritor and master of southern gung fu systems, along with western wrestling, western boxing, sanda, savate, and shiao jiao(basically eastern wrestling) under his belt. Thats why you see him knocking these bullshitto masters around like little bitches, while the CCP hunts him down.
