We’re back! King of the Hammers 2023: Wheeling, Rigs, walkarounds, Racing, and First Time KOH Tips & Tricks is just that! I tell you about the full week I spend in Johnson Valley. We checked out the Trophy Trucks and Desert Challenge, Every Man Challenge, Race of Kings and walked around and checked out LOADS of different rigs, trail setups, and Ultra4 race cars.
Since it was my first time to KOH, people had lots of things to say so I broke down my experience, what to expect as a first-timer to the Lakebed, and some ideas for staying, packing, and getting around. I also give you an update on the Jeep WJ (no reverse, more details to come), and the plan of attack now that I’m back. I’ve already bought a donor Grand Cherokee, the heads are ready for the LQ4 in the Durango and we switch focus to getting that done.
