The San Francisco Lowrider Council's "King of the Streets" hop contest at Fort Mason, San Francisco, on July 10, 2016.
Note: Most of this video contains the original sound. However, for less than 20% of it (mostly at the beginning) I had to substitute in some royalty-free music to avoid any potential copyright issues with the music the DJ was playing, sorry!

Just out of curiousty, seeing how pretty much all the vehicles always move forward when they Bounce, would anything happen if they somehow locked up the rear wheels so that the vehicle would practicly stay in one place when it bounces?

I don't know the answer, but maybe we'll hear from someone who does, perhaps a mechanical engineer. I can say, like any technology/engineering, I expect this area to get more and more sophisticated and the technology to advance faster and faster as time goes by, as usually happens with most technologies. For example, just as an observer, I was slightly surprised that no one had wireless remote controls, and I expect someone to some day come up with some sort of laser system or something for measuring the heights more accurately.
