Dos- Kun it’s possible. Fyodor has a Russian name, but this doesn’t mean that somebody related to him would. Either DAZAI changed his name, or something else happened. Fyodor might be MORI’s brother, and Dazai might be mori’s and fyodor’s much younger brother, or even one of their sons. It’s possible, considering the direction the manga is going and how alike they all look. Pale, narrow eyes, tall, dark hair, violent but tactical.

For those of you who havnt seen this anime yet: The one with the funny towel hat, idk what it’s called (Fydor), and the one with the bandage under hit coat (dazai) and the one with the knives AKA Port mafia’s boss (Mori) are all different people.
