It’s so funny because when I would try and live dig gold it was always copper or aluminum , but had an amazing vdi and when it was the most inconsistent vdi and horrible tone was when I got gold but that’s just how it goes some times
Nice video! I enjoyed it! The Chinese coins are so hard to date. Congrats on the gold! That 18 K leaf ring is gorgeous! I’m gonna look up that heavy-metal Dave and see if he has a channel. I love how you had all the different swingers on the channel with you! I would love to go hit California beach Someday! Cross country trip! Lol.
Thanks, it’s always fun to hunt with friends even if I may not get gold sometimes seeing them find it is always exciting , and I would love to detect the east coast one day haha thanks for watching
Great finds, keep up the good work of cleaning the beaches up of junk. I metal detected Texas beaches last month (First time beach hunting) and was amazed how much garbage is on the beaches, I dug tons. It paid off though, I found $12 in change,3 rings, 2 pendants and a large 925 necklace.
Harsh reality of metal detecting is that trash is unavoidable. Congrats on your treasure ! For your first time you are killing it ! Don’t give up, the more you detect the more you’ll find
That diamond Coke can design is from 1967-69. Probably around 1967 because it's missing the 12oz on the can that came out at the end of the run. 8:00 mark.
@@treasurebeeps2742 got 7 chains local area ---- all in negative 2 4 6 7 super fine 14k your talking 1.1mm links and 2mm. Gold now in smaller form but thet still charge 300 plus for ankle chain.
The Chinese coin is a cashe coin,( Portuguese word,i think from days of old) it's where we get the word cash. I've found some on Scottish beach areas. Sailors dropped maybe You all got plenty if goodies, plus the beaches will be getting cleaned, for nothing( i suppose it was put there for nothing also) well done 🏴👍🏻😊🏴.
Another @FunwithJIm copycat channel. Poor Jim losing his treasure patch to all the wannabe detectorists, crazy that none of you give credit to him for finding such great treasure patch locations.
In regard to this very repulsive commentS, I have great respect for Jim and pirate Mike and would never talk bad about them or any other REAL METALDETECTORIST , I do my research before I go hit a beach, the beach is for everyone and anyone who enjoys the hobby new or old , GOLD KING JIM is a well earned title there’s no denying that. I have detected since 2012 when I first started with a bounty hunter sharpshooter 2 that I saved up for from big 5 sport. So for someone to say this kind of thing feels like a tic on the back of my neck.
