I've watched many interviews with Duck, listened to his music, and noticed that he wanted the best for his people and that is pure respect to him from me. He was funny and he was always jokin around but when shit got real he was a real gangsta about it. Even if i've never meet him and never will i feel like i've lost my big homie. Respectfully. I’m from NC and started listening to the Chicago drill about 6 years ago, Chicago has some of the most talented artists out there and at first I thought that the dissing the dead and all was just the way the drill music was I had no idea that they were giving the world a taste of what they go through every day these guys have seen more death and destruction than most military soldier ever have I can’t imagine having to look behind my back just to go outside to the mailbox or having to deal with your brothers getting killed on a daily basis, the saddest thing is that this war has taken multiple amazing artists away from the world not counting the people who are stuck in the trenches of Chicago having to deal with the revenge shootings. I’d never thought I’d see a man that said he is lucky and proud to see the age of 25 because he said if you make it to mid 20’s you are lucky smh , I wish they could find a way to stop the killings and come together and make that money together
It is really like that to. I'm lice in Indiana not to far away from Chicago so I have met alot of people from that city. Seriously most are paranoid, don't trust anybody, full of anxiety, and scared to even talk about what they have seen even living cities and miles away.
