2:51 perfect Indeed I'm a Mewtwo main myself and I believe the reason he doesn't use it that much is mainly because it has low reward if landed, nothing true after it and deals low % and on the other side puff is always putting hitboxes everywhere and you don't want to loose neutral very bad in the matchup as mewtwo is a glass canon with terrible disadvantage
