Kingdom Come Deliverance Combat - BEST SWORD LOCATION - (Treasure Map VII - St Georges Combat) 

This is my 845th Video.

The treasure map VII is in the monastery in the library. Like so others can see

they should have an option to smash open chests with your ax if you cant lock pick

"Here's an easy lock" My game: ok the chest next to a tree oh, a very hard console lock guess I'm never getting this

You can actually get roughly around 6 St. George's sword in the entire game which you can get from Woodland Garden in Ledetchko, The End road to North east of Neuhof , Rattay Tourney.

72 base damage. If you have 20 str and 20 sword you do well over 150 damage. And basically 1 hit kill anything with a clean hit.

The reason why you had problems to find it is because the landmark you are looking for is not that wagon thing, but a big dark rock a little before that. Is very easy to see and if you go north from there, you see the tree immediately. The map is VERY accurate.

Just gone to find this myself and interestingly, if you go there at night (as I did) its easier to find because the tree is surrounded by fire flies! It also seems to no longer be an EASY chest. It is now a HARD chest.

i stole it from Hans Capon's chest in the bath side quest , he didn't mind

Fun fact: It's now a hard lock.

You can get the sword during the quest with Hans capon when hes bathing at the bathhouse, its in a chest next to the tub

I have this sword and I accidentally killed the faint hearted knight in one stab. Like.. Kill killed. Not just beat. His poor mother will be so distraught.

Or try stealing Hans Capon's chest in one of his sidequest after the hunting accident. IMO, that's faster and easier to do if you really want this sword.

You can steal it from Capons in the bath mission, no need to lock pick. It's in the chest along with the town's hall key

There's actually another place that you can go to get the St Georges sword. Just up the main road that takes you off the map by Neuhof. It's in a chest at a campsite and contains some really nice armour too, doesn't require any lock picking.

I believe you can also get this sword North-East of Neuhof in an abandoned camp

Been playing this game recently and I found out that the luck of the drunk perk in the lock picking skill is very power full. You need to get to lvl 6 to unlock it which can be done fairly quickly go and pick all the very easy and easy locks in Ratay at night and also use the training chest near the millers house as you can pick the lock and open it then close it again and repeat a bunch of times. Then when u unlock luck of the drunk drink whatever to make you drunk even a saviour shnap works then you can pick ANY LOCK. Also all these videos from 4 years ago say the st Georges sword is the best weapon and it’s true it’s great and also super fun but the best weapon is rlly the stinger which does the highest stab damage in the game. What makes this so strong is that you can stab people in the head and one shot them most of the time if they don’t have a helmet and even if they do have a helmet just repeatedly stab them in the head and they go down fast. If you are wondering how to stab in the head then you need to aim the weapon up then click the stab button it is so broken and I would consider it a cheese strat. Pair this with the booche shield which can be stolen from the ratay armourer at night using your luck of the drunk perk. You can get the stinger from one of the treasure chests. Also one final thing train with sir bernard and get the master strike training asap. The soonest you can do this is immediately after enrolling in the bailiffs service. Don’t go see nightingale untill you have got the training as the nightingale quest will set you on a bunch of timed quests which you must stick to unless you fail them. To more successfully use the master strike position your weapon in the same spot as your enemy so mirror them then of course do the perfect block and it should become a master strike. Similarly if you want to attack try to attack from a different spot to their weapon to avoid having the master strike on you however I still recommend just repeatedly stab the head. Faints are borderline useless as they are so inconsistent. Combos are fun but also mostly useless. Just train for the perfect block as much as you can and perfect it then most fights will be a great. I like to watch them swing and block off of that as it’s a better que then a green shield which pops up for a split second. To lvl up your fighting stuff I like to enroll in the tourney at an early lvl and just endlessly wack and block my opponents and it lvls up your stats fast. Also if you win the first tourney by defeating black Peter then make sure to buy an antidote from the ratay general trader or wherever as he will jump you near your home by the millers house and he has a poison sword which will endlessly poison you untill you die unless you drink the antidote. Potions like marigold only mildly slow it’s effects. In general I recommend saving lots of money about 6k which you can do just be robbing all the stores in ratay at night using luck of the drunk (their money resets after a few days) then head ti neuhof and by the tear 5 horse there. It’s the slowest out of all the tear five horse but rlly good in every other stat and it’s still stupidly fast feels like driving 70 mph also but military horshoes and the a bag nobal saddel then you will have lots of space to store things on your horse. Always keep a shovel and every book you find pit it on your horse to read later. I also like to get lots of potions and store a bunch on me and my horse so when I see any more than 2 opponents I chug all the potions and become a walking god. I also keep a bunch of digestive potions on me as potions fill your hunger bar so having the digestive one reduces it to avoid the pig downbuff. These are all my tips for new players the rest is down to you

You can also find this sword in a chest located in a camp near the road that goes north east after Neuhof, almost at the limit of the map. And there is a lot of good stuff in here too 😉

Im on PS4 and that treasure map is in the Monestary either in the library or a small room behind a covered bed past the abbots room, if your starting from the library.

To be honest i speed leveled my lockpicking just to get this and i don't regret it.

Not sure if anyone else has said but there is a much easier way to get the sword. Just wait until you're at the bath house with a certain lord and when said lord asks you to get him some wine just open the chest an take his one. No issues and you have yourself a great sword :)

It's also in the box where you find the wine cellar key during the Sir Capon bathhouse quest... not sure if you can get away with taking it, playing it lawful good for my first run. Definitely saw it there though!!

I found a similar longsword called the magdedar blade or something although i dont know if its base stats are 72 on Both attack types. However its defence(128) is even better as Just the durability is extreamely high as wel. Won IT from the faint hearted knight.

The cart is not the landmark, the landmark is a little more to the east, it's a bunch of rocks that are really out of place.

Fyi it is now a hard chest I recommend the perks lasting lockpicks and deft grip

This isn't the only place to find that sword by the way. I'm pretty sure you can get it from the unlocked chest at the camp north east of neuhof i believe. Along with some of the best armour in the game

I found this sword north east of nuehof on the road there is a camp to left and a chest with some of the best armor in the game and this sword I am on pc btw st Herod does a bit more slash but only 45 stab

That isn't the only place... at the end of the game you end up at a camp beside the road, North-east of Neuhof. In that camp, there is an open chest with St. Georges Sword and some of the best armour in the game. you can find it at any point in the game, not just end-game. I'm sure someone has made a guide or map on it.

4:53 This is actually not the only place where you can find the St Georges sword, there's also 2 roads crossing each others at the North of Neuhof, follow the path and you'll find a camp with a chest filled with good stuff, or you can stole it from Hans Capon while he's taking a bath.

You also find that sword on the road from Neuhof out of the map, there is a campsite there with an unlockied chest, with full plate armor, and this sword.

funny story, i walked into the swordsmith shop in Rattay, grabbed St. Georges sword displayed on the counter, walked out, got on my horse and strolled out the city with the best sword in my inventory. straight forward method to get it :)

Hans Capon has the same sword you can steal it off him during the bath house mission.

there's an actual piece of horse armor(Chanfron and criniere) in the game, its in a large bird nest on a cliff face east of Ledetchko, you find the armor on a dead horse

This game is buggy as hell. I can't get a main quest “All that glisters” as prisoner in Merhojedy died. I've got a letter from his body, went to silver mine requested by engeneer in Rattau, got back, reported and nothing else happens. I found a camp where Ulrich is supposed to be but camp is not destroyed and figure there doesn't talk to me. Visited innhouse in Sassau and asked inn but no questions except "how it goes here" is available :( At least I got laid 3x in Uzice after getting drunk with priest, with Stephanie and Teresa :D

spoiler alert!.................If you go to the point where you are supposed to meet hans at the very end off the game you can find a chest that his full of extremely good loot and this same sword and an axe and mace of equally good measure

This sword is in 3 places: -Chest in an abandoned camp in the east of the map on the north side of the road north-east of Neuhof. -In the chest in the bathhouse of Rattay during the side-quest Next to Godliness (you can take it when he asks you to get wine from the Rathouse together with the key) -At this treasure location apparently.

Pro tip, hans capon has this sword. You can take it from him from the chest in the Rattay baths during the baths side quest with him.

I somehow found this in the beginning of the game, guess it was a bug. Right after I did the quest for Hans Capon, the one where he wants you to go with him to the bathhouse in Rattay, I found/stole it from the same chest that he asks you to put your clothes in. Also found the exact same cloths he wares. But thanks for the videos and congrats on your 845th video man! Keep it up!

There's another one in a chest at a camp northeast of nuehof. It's got all the best armor, st georges sword, a few high end 2 handers, pretty sick. Chest is unlocked at a camp just off the road. Will be on the left hand side.
