As a band kid this song gives me chills, every element is amazing you know when they were creating this everyone in the orchestras were having a good time
Yeah, the original stories were by the Brothers Grimm who were both German, if I'm not mistaken. Since a lot of the Disney princess movies were inspired/adapted by those stories, it would make sense as to why they are set in Germany and use German music. Edit: Grammar mistakes
It's hard to believe it's been more than a decade (10years) since the movie Tangled came out (2010) Im so happy that still some people genuilely love it. For intel, this is a German Celtic Song 🇩🇪 written by the Brothers Grimm. Rapunzel is from Germany afterall 🥨🥯🍻 Same as Snow White
the ending gives me "running into the deserted hall to kiss your beloved and dance privately whilst all the nobility continue partying in the other room" vibes
I’m gonna sob if I don’t live in a small village where everyone knows eachother and have small ‘gatherings’ where they all dance. But again, it is a fantasy. Unless
Some fantasy loving/obsessed people should just get together and make this kind of world a thing instead of working boring day-to-day lives and working for money to survive this reality we're trapped in. The best worlds come from within. We're also so caught up in nice ideals but it doesnt matter to me, a fantasy world of freedom is what i year for
Its atually a German Celtic Song 🇩🇪 The Character Rapunzel is from Germany (Deutschland) , written by the Brothers Grimm Same thing for Snow White. 🥨🌭🥯🍻
In my opinion: "Test Drive" and "Coming Back Around" from the HTTYD Soundtrack Certain Songs from the PS I Love You OST Certain songs from "Stallion: Spirit of the Cimarron OST"
Yeah! HTTYD has really good songs, I agree! I really like "Forbidden Friendship" even though it's more calm, but some that have the same energy should be "Flying With Mother", "See You Tomorrow" and "New Tail"!
1:57 For those who can tell, that beautiful brass instrument in this song is the French Horn, aka the most sophisticated instrument out of the brass family.
Since I been listening to this song over and over, I’ve begun to hear the long trumpets/trombones/tuba/whatever in the background (like at 3:34 - 3:58) (chorus 2 is from 3:59 to 4:17 and chorus 3 is from 4:18 to 4:36) I can hear that they are slow and paced out, and gradually get higher in pitch. It helps build up giant anticipation and suspense, telling the reader or viewer something amazing is about to happen. I also love that it’s most audible in the third chorus, after getting louder and louder after the first and second choruses. Edit - I’m adding this timestamp so myself and others like yourself can listen to the best part! ( 2:57 )
The horns getting more and more audible with each chorus, sounds like the movie is slowly giving way to the credits, which is a cool sound, like the adventure is coming to an end and you're leaving the characters to live happily ever after
French horns, and possibly a bassoon or two. They step up in scale as the second part goes into _accelerando_ , increasing the energy and intensity of the music's effect. It's remarkable because it is to me like a musical reflection of Rapunzel drinking into her soul the freedom she hasn't known since infancy.
the ending of this makes me so happy. It was so satisfying and if anything, it scratched the brain itch that my ADHD gives me. You, good lord/lady, are an icon. Thank you for this masterpiece!
A lot of u guys liked my previous edit and wanted a longer version. Well, here it is:) I put a lot of effort into this edit so I really hope you guys enjoy it^^
*Imagine running through a beautiful grassy field with a stunning long flowey dress and hair soaring with the wind as the sun sets and everything is a beautiful orange color as this song plays in the back...* *We can all dream :,]*
As a neurodivergent person with long hair, I love this rendition of Repunzel. The bare feet, the artistic nature, the empathy, and of course cool hair fighting.
I'm going to play this version of Kingdom Dance at my wedding. The first half will be just me and my husband dancing together, but then everyone else will join us for the second half. It'll be so magical. Edit: I feel like I should clarify. This wedding is hypothetical 🤣🤣 I should have said that earlier
I wish I could go to a Renaissance or a Medieval fair and have this amazing song play in a large open space full of people, to see if a couple would start dancing and the rest would follow
The last time I was at the renaissance festival I did dance for over an hour 😊 musicians found me afterwards and thanked me. I loved every minute of it and I was the only one dancing.
You guys understand the feeling that you see people commenting timestamps and saying that that part is legendary and now you are tempted to click it but you want to continue the song without stops cause it's amazing then you check how far the time stamp is from where you are right now in the video, then groans in frustration cause you're not even halfway there but still enjoying the song at the same time?... Yea, that's me
@@ishanirayNEET It’s not really because I wanna start dancing when I hear this sound. I wanna run towards an unknown adventure with endless possibilities of my future.
Thank you thank you THANK YOUUUU I have been listening to the double chorus one you've made on repeat for days! I loved it so much, too much that I have decided to make it my wedding dance music (that is, if I ever find my man 😆) I hope you do more edits, I absolutely adore this, your channel is gonna be big!
I opened youtube to listen to some depressing song because I was reading a fanfic that just crushed my spirits, but then this popped up and my mood has been lifted by a million 💖
This song is so amazing! I seriously just loves how it started out as a sweet and innocent vibe considering like Ariel, Rapunzel doesn’t know anything about other people aside the thugs she befriended. It gradually crescendos as Flynn and Rapunzel’s love for each other is becoming more and more obvious. I always laugh my head off at the part she invited him to start dancing, he waved no thanks and Max knowing he’s got a crush on her butt bumps him into the dance and Flynn gives him this “I’m going to kill you” look and Max and Pascal are laughing like “You’ll thank me later” but ultimately Flynn had a blast especially the part they try taking each other’s hand and accidentally get paired with different partners, but the ending is so cute as Flynn keeps looking at her, she obviously hasn’t noticed he really likes her which makes the part they FINALLY dance into each other’s arms so cute because they both like each other and aren’t sure if the other feels the same
One of my favorite but underrated songs by him is If I Never Knew You from Pocahontas. I See the Light is my favorite love song with the one I just mentioned
Amazing!!!! How could anybody possibly NOT like this?! It's so beautiful, the perfect version of the song to listen and dance to to feel the magic of the moment! 🎶💃😍😍
Esto es de lo más estupendo. Este es mi soundtrack favorito de toda la película y me encanta esta versión extendida para disfrutar de esa hermosa música por varios minutos más 😍
OMG IM SO GLAD YOU DID THIS THANK YOU SO MUCH. IT LITERALLY HAD A BUILD UP AND IT USUALLY LEAD TO NOTHING AND I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED BUT THIS HIT TOO DIFFERENT 😫😫
I'm just imagining a fantasy world with me being the king of my big grand kingdom, having a floating island overhead, colorful dragons flying around, grandeur everywhere, with beautiful vibrant fireworks painting the sky while I suddenly pull my queen towards the ball area and starts dancing with her furiously...this is just breathtaking!🤩
I litterally love this so much. I can't dance at all, there's no lyrics for me to sing too, but this is the best thing I've heard this year so far. I've listened to it on repeat so many times 😂❤
It's refreshing to see that, in a musical movie, from a studio that's famous for making musical movies, that this instrumentation still stands out, and receives just as much love! If not more!
oh my dear holy hell, i had a school project that i needed to redraw one of the sunflowers pieces from Van Gogh, this song came to my head and now, i discovered the second best drawing experience i've ever had. thank you
small tip - (use the headphones with the pieces that go in ur ears) at 4:16, gently place ur hands over ur ears and press the headphones slightly in. also, if ur comfortable with it, doing it with high volume is the best. trust me :)
The fact that some people are just now finding this song. This type of music is called Celtic music and its one of my favorite type of music genre's to listen too. Adrain Von Zielger makes great celtic music.
SAME. I’m thinking of a dance I would do but I can’t fuckin’ dance to save my life so it would probably look dumb, but I SO BADLY want to do a dance to this!!!!!
can we all just make a little community where we live in a village and listen to this and dance in a big circle and everyone knows each other?? BEGGING.
It’s giving… Rapunzel was returned home and at the wedding, in the ballroom, her and Eugene get to dance again. This time the dance gets a true finish, but they sneak off down the hall and finish the dance by themselves (hence the echo-y part).
