Yeah the Rock and Ice where in the previous 2 and Birth by Sleep so it was about time for the Lava and Tornado Titans to be in Kingdom Hearts though the Cyclops wasn't on here
@@shaneokeley825 The Rock Troll Heartless that appeared in ruined Thebes, Olympus (before the journey to Mount Olympus), would have served unofficially its purpose as a boss fight analogous to the Cyclops' one seen in the original film. Both are huge monsters that threatened Thebes and fought Hercules (and by extension Sora in the game).
The soundtrack sucked lmao. I'm talking about the boss battle's soundtrack. It loops terribly, it sounds generic and has no character. You should try actually playing this game on Critical and respawning to this track many times.
@@ShadowbannedAccount yeah this is one of the tracks made by Ishimoto and not Shimomura.. it’s painfully obvious. One of the new boss tracks, the one for Davy Jones boss fight for example is AMAZING. And it’s Shimomura who made that one
Poor Tornado Titan looks so sad to be there. He's like "Seriously? Why do I always get roped into all these stupid plans to take over the world? Nobody respects my time, man."
He sounds so old and bored now.. I would have rather had a James Woods impersonator. The Danny DeVito impersonator did a good job.. in previous games. He doesn't even speak anymore. Voice Acting in Kingdom Hearts 3 has surprisingly been worse than Birth by Sleep so far. At least that had Mark Hamill actually caring about his job. Poor Mark Hamill..

For these guys yes it feels so god damn cool... For defending the black pearl from the kraken on the other hand. Not even this music makes it feel enjoyable that “fight” feels so boring
If only Cerberus and the hydra were also apart of this boss fight. There is just something about the idea of fighting all of hades minions at once that just feels so cool
Well, Tetsuya did say that he liked Olympus so much that he wanted to put them in more KH games. And in a KH4 trailer, there was a glimpse of Hades, so… 😏.
Ice titan: "We're going to do to you what we did to Zeus." Magma titan: "Yeah, and not only will you get freezer burns, you'll ALSO get fourth degree burns, and trust me, it. will. hurt." Defeat quote (ice): "How could I let myself be beaten by the same person, twice?" Defeat quote (magma): "AVENGE US, WIND TITAN!" Wind titan: "You may have been able to defeat my cohorts, but I assure, I won't go down so easily. You are but a gentle Spring breeze, whilst I am a literal TORNADO!" Defeat quote: "Guess it was actually you that was the tornado."
Stratos and Lythos are menacing enough but the other two is just like 2 Old Man who move slowly.. Well at least Hydros already havr a good fight on previous KH
@@lordofcreativity9637 Lythos is the Lava Titan Hydros the Ice Titan & Stratos the Wind one. I Must say Stratos was Truly OP, aside from his own Element he could also use Fire & Ice! Btw I haven't heard from you in a while, how you been?
@@soralight_x Thanks for the explanation, I have been fine. I agree on Stratos, he seemed to be the most dangerous one. It seems that at some point my communication either got sidetracked or my comments didn't get through. This kind of thing happens with my friends at times, you should hear the Emperor of Inception when this happens. It seems to occur a lot for him even when communicating with us and more so when communicating with others.
I don't know if anyone noticed but when fighting gigantic bosses in big area, it seems that the party members are kinda useless (more than usual) and we have to do all the work. This battle, Grim Guardianess, and King of Toys are the most noticeable.
@Leirdo Man64 Oh yeah! I almost forgot! I wonder why it took like 10+ years to finally have the other titans to fight with. The wait is worth it still.
You know, these titans have names! The wind titan is Stratos, the lava titan is Pyros, the ice titan is Hydros, the rock titan is Lythos, and(I know he doesn't show up here but) the cyclops titan is named Arges.

These guys maybe easy (early boss syndrome as I call it) but fighting 3 colossal enemies at once in a hectic wind storm at the peak of Olympus while that theme plays certainly feels amazing (at least to me anyway)
I'm gonna be honest...if they really wanted to justify the whole "Sora has gotten weaker" thing...I don't think he should have won this. Yeah yeah I know gameplay and story separation, wouldn't be be fun if he lost but still...
This fight is what made the game feel lackluster to me. We never got a large scale battle like this anywhere else in the game. Closest to it was the Snowman in Frozens world. They built this up in the very first world starting with the rock titan fight but then they never continued upon this.
To be fair sora has grown considerably in power. If kh 3 sora fought the same kh 1 titan without any nerf sora would still beat him cause of how much he grew in kh3
@@spencerc4252 He never fought titans but he did meet Atlas once, his labor to get a golden Apple. This Herc is a genuine hero, Marvel too. DC'S Hercules, not so much. He raped Hipolita, that's why Wonder Woman has a deep, seething hatred for him.
@@spencerc4252 I was rollin, figured I'd drop some knowledge about other flubbed Hercs. Basically he couldn't get the golden apples so he asked Atlus to get em for him. Atlus said he'd do it if Herc would hold the sky for him, y'know give him a break from his torment. Herc did it and Atlus got the apples but he was gonna let Herc take over for him permanently. He got wise to Atlus's plan and tricked him into taking back the sky so he could get comfortable. When Atlus did Herc grabbed the apples and dipped.

@@alexninten8818 Then where was he in the intro of the film? Seriously if the Cyclops was a titan, where was he in the first song, that bothered me as a kid and it bothers me now. Now if we could fight Cerberus, The Hydra, All the Titans (Cyclops in Thebes) and Hades, then Olympus would be perfect. Also if we got a full Let It Go sequence, I want a One Last Hope sequence. JK
To be fair, Electric attacks is normal against Rock type. Its just that the commonly used Rock Pokémon in Generation 1 are coincidentally Ground type, which is immune to Electric types.
The fact that this game can pull all of this off and have it still be fully playable and FFXV couldn't really makes me wish Nomura would have stayed on XV
Matias Luukkanen yeah. It’s a shame they sacrificed movement so you can stand on a stone pillar and smack the titans in the face while they gawk at you. While nice to look at, this fight is pretty lackluster compared to the later bosses in the game.
I remember when I first played this boss, when the music started, it sent chills down my spine, then once the titans appeared looking down on me I thought to myself “Is this seriously one of the first boss fights???”
This battle was a pain for me too. I almost died twice and unfortunately I got locked into Rage form. Rage form sort of saved me since it made Sora incredibly strong, but I couldn't heal.
