The Fallout map was a blow below the belt, I did recognized but in the games you never see it with all that multi-color overlay... I assume that you source it from a wiki but compared to the others it's kinda unfair since that the others weren't covered with sh*t scribbled by a fan
@@HyperSaneDemon I apologize if my lack of proper punctuation, and misspelling offended you. It was just a quick message on youtube, not meant to meet your strick grammar requirements. Please forgive me.
Hi, everyone! I'm the fan from this episode, and I just want to say thanks for all the positive feedback! And thanks to CollegeHumor for letting me come out to do the episode in the first place!
The true nerd has come. They who know all to be known about things that don't really matter except to an expanding group of people with similar interests and the urge to correct one another for the glory... OF... IT... ALL!
@@Winteramen I don't think he was obnoxious like comic book guy. He almost always let them have a chance at answering before him and he was super knowledgeable about everything he answered without having a condescending attitude about it. At least I thought so.
@@PixelOverload Naw, they're talking about earlier in the question where it describes Kingdom Hearts as bringing together Disney and Final Fantasy characters.
Don't they let compete fan contestants who won against other fan contestants who won or something? Or is it just "normal" winners against each other? Anyway, they should let fan contestants who win battle each other.
JE-RE-MY! JE-RE-MY! JE-RE-MY!! 😂😂😂 Daaaaaamn that was a landslide.. he needs to go up against Dan O'Brien & Sheldon Cooper.. anything less is a mismatch
Jeremy literally looks like the final boss in this kind of game. He didn't disappoint the stereotypes he just displayed. When I saw him I was like "Oh wow, these guys will not have a chance to even buzz in..."
um actually the kingdom hearts question said that the FIRST area you visit is Destiny Islands but that's the second. The game starts with a mandatory tutorial in a place just called Awakening.
@@OneEyeShadow judging by how sora meets shadows and darkside before he fights them on destiny islands, I'd argue it's at least a vision of some sort but your point still stands
Um Actually KH is not too hard to follow; you're either fighting Xehanort, assisting Xehanort, working for Xehanort in disguise, tackling younger Xehanort, fighting a system made by Xehanort or Xehanort wants to be you Um Actually, while Loki is also not an Odinson, Forseti does not just settle disputes between men, he settles all disputes
Um actually, Kingdom Hearts makes a lot of sense if you spend about 60 hours watching all the cutscenes and gameplay in chronological order. Look up Everglow. The time and effort they have put into their Kingdom Hearts playlist is incredible. Watch it like a miniseries. It's great!
This is true but playing the games and be confused at one game and be explained at another game seems much more fun to me. It's only my opinion and binge watching the whole series is kinda cool as well.
@@DaDunge Umm actually it's Höðr, but I was using an Anglicised version, because we're writing in English, and ö and ð aren't part of the English alphabet
@@ILikedGooglePlus Um, actually, the d th divide is actually dependent on which accent of ancient norse you speak. In Iceland at the time of snorri yes it is Höthr but in Upsala it actually was Höder. Also that is all fine and dandy when writing it but ö and o is not pronounced even remotely the same. Hedr is closer then Hodr, or maybe Hudr.
Umm actually Hodr is not always blind. There's another norse legend wherein Hodr is not Baldr's blind brother, but a mortal warrior fighting against the godly Baldr for the love of the woman Nana. Much of the story revolves around Baldr setting out to retrieve a weapon that is capable of wounding his divine rival, which eventually turns out to be a sword, the name of which translates to Mistletoe. Obviously much of this seems wildly inconsistent with the legends laid out in the Poetic and Prose Edda, but we really don't have a lot of knowledge on how the two versions developed as both were written down centuries after the Norse gods were worshiped in Scandinavia, by Christian writers.
Um, actually: Loki was the sworn brother of Odin. Not of blood. Um, actually: Sol and Måne is not gods of anything- they do drive the wagons of both the sun and the moon, but as a punishment for being pretty Um, actually Høder (Hodr) is not a god of war, his name is often a reference to useless and incompetent fighters....
For those curious about the end question: Jennamite (Avatar: The Last Airbender) Breen (Babylon 5) Frobscottle (The BFG) Mudder's Milk (Firefly) Cram (LotR) Red Kibble (The Expanse)
Here’s something confusing about kingdom hearts. When a person falls to darkness their heart leaves their body, creating a heartless and a nobody. The corrupted heart with no body becomes a heartless, And the body without a heart becomes a nobody.
Um actually Kingdom hearts doesnt start on destiny islands but on Deep dive, some plataforms that represent Sora's Heart and the princesses that were already a refugee in his heart. And also Sora inicial desing had him hold a Chainsaw like sword not just any Simple sword and Sora himself had Lion traits.
Um actually while deep dive is indeed the name of the map that you start on for the tutorial it can be argued that you still start out on Destiny Islands and this was a dream/vision sequence.
@@garyravinsky3357 thats true but since there is no Skip tutorial and in ddd its his own area so i see it as a world even if it isnt. But yeah it can be argued that it isnt.
They make the skit where they say “girls can be nerds too” but where’s my questions about barbies and beanie babies. Disney Princesses? Have we had any fan service for the bronies? Broadway musicals? Nintendo pets?
10:23 Soda Springs is still a city in Idaho. And yes, they are actually soda springs... carbonated water gushes out. I live near Fort Hall, which is a reservation
Blood Brothers is the more technical term. As in Loki wasn't adopted by any god's son, he and Odin just swore an oath to treat one another as brothers.
Shut down your brain and you can understand how goofy withstood attacks from gigantic heartless but gets assumed dead if he got hit by a rock or something
No but SORA WAS IN A DREAM THE WHOLE TIME IN KH3 The fact that someone wrote a 200 page google doc that explains the 2.9 joke just to better tie in the 3DS game is hilarious, but I'm also half convinced that it's true
Um, actually the first world you visit in kingdom hearts is a tutorial world known as the station of awakening, a dark land in between the realms of sleep and death, then you wake up in destiny islands after either defeating or being defeated by the heartless boss at the end
Um, actually Sleipnir was not conceived as part of a bet but as a way to prevent the Giant who was rebuilding the wall of Asgard from claiming the hand of Freya. Though there is some debate over whether or not it was always Loki's intention to sleep with Svaðilfari or if Loki had been caught helping the giant and had been charged with preventing him from getting his payment.
