Kingfish smashing stickbaits - Hauraki Gulf Carnage . A day looking out around Kawau island and Flat Rock produced packs of kingfish while stickbaiting with carpenter lures. A cool encounter with dolphins at the end of the day finished things off nicely.

DRONE FISHING ACTION - WEST COAST NZ. Headed out to the West Coast to experiment with a new drone called the Splash drone. The drone is waterproof and able to drag a long line and hooks out into the surf. Beautiful day and amazing part of New Zealand.
