A pinball machine could be made into a very accurate miniature replica, because unlike video games, pinball machines don't have hi-resolution graphics. They are just mechanical playfields with sensors and an LED readout for the scoring. There were handheld versions of arcade games in the early 80s when arcades were popular, and Coleco had machines that were shaped like arcade cabinets, but only in the 21st century can a miniature replica of an arcade game really look like the original game and work exactly like it, running the actual game software on a hi-resolution display.
