Oh no...two major coasters were missing..The Vortex and THE BEAST!!! You can never visit Kings Island without a ride on The Beast...but great job with everythig else.

This is my homepark and while Brothalee didn't quite get it. It's really good for a planet coaster recreation

thank you for spotlighting this !! , it was kinda a fail on my end i couldnt finish the park becaase of fps , and i needed alot more land , this park was way to big to make i was really pushing it ,also since i never been there i could not get the 1 to 1 eye level accuracy , but it was a fun build ! i know every ones going to hate this video because the beast and mystic timbers are not in this park lol and there some of the main coasters

As someone who has been to kings island for many years and is a season pass holder, this recreation of it is pretty solid. Not complete, but a nice example.

You can tell his never been to the park I was there just last week for Winterfest (season pass holder) building don't look bad, but placement of paths and location of rides and rollercoaster are a little off! Missing one of the key and most famous rides from the park The Beast, Vortex is also missing and newest rollercoaster Mystic Timbers isn't there either! Adventure Express isn't a good reproduction of the ride and is too slow. Flight of Fear building is shown, but the coaster is missing. Diamondback and Racers are close, but looks to me due to room restriction he has the coaster curved way to much at certain points! I think its a neat park, but some more work could be done everything is too open and spread out just a bit and the biggest issue is that Kings Island is built in an area that is hilly so some of the areas should show more height differences main The Bat sits a lot lower then any of the other rides as its in a valley kind of area and is kind of off by itself and the Diamondback also takes advantage of the valley kind of area! Overall its pretty good for what limitations you have with the park size!

Kings island is my home park and this looks nothing like it

As someone who has frequented this park several times, including last year (which was the debut year for Mystic Timber [What's in the shed was just a publicity stunt for the ride, nothing to really see]). With what PC has available in resources, space and options, this is a very accurate description of what Kings Island is like. If anyone is looking for a somewhat affordable trip this summer, I would recommend Kings Island to anyone.

From someone who goes to the park almost every year - This Park design i would give a 5/10. Kings Island - Known for a few things : Worlds longest wooden roller coaster , In 2019 it was awarded Best amusement park for kids and it won an award for its infamous Halloween Haunt. For this park to not have the kids area already puts this into a rough spot mainly because its a a major portion of the park and it includes a few water rides ( Such as the log flume and it used to have the River cannon ride before it was relocated due to the Mystic timers. Which was built in 2017 and missing here as well.) However, the creator mentioned tech issues so i will let that slide but for this park to not have the Beast and or the Vortex. The two most iconic rides of all time at Kings island. I personally wouldn't call this a remake - I would say a partial if anything. Lastly, the Racers sadly wasn't built correctly .Going on about the good things here . All the buildings are for the most part spot on. The rides that were created correctly are also spot on. The beautiful Eiffel tower was extremely well done!

This is my home park (also is the park I work at). I get that due to the game’s limitations, that not all the features could be present (including the best kids area in the world 17 years in a row), but this is great for what it is. International street was very well done. The thing that triggered me the most was Firehawk being an Arrow 4d coaster and not the Vekoma Flying Dutchman model. Other wise, well done.

Son of Beast was a mean coaster before they took the loop out. Only had a lap bar, that's it. It was an unreal ride. It literally was tearing itself apart.

I live in Mason and go to Kings Island on a regular basis. Just a tip, drop tower is not in the correct spot. It is closer to Congo falls than the bat. It is separated from the bat by the Extreme Skyflyer (I know you cant recreate it, but maybe you could build it). It is also separated by a large souvenir shop. Just some feedback. Also, the kids area is the area that is blank on the map. The waterpark is further off to the side. Just some constructive criticism.

Im impressed. One of my favorite parks 2nd to cedar point. But very well done for never being there

No Beast or Vortex? Two originally iconic Kings Island coasters.

This makes me miss back home soooo badly!!! I want to go back so much!!! I never got to take my kids to the park. Now, we live in Fort Myers, FL. I’ve taken them to Disney. But, I desperately want to take them to both King’s Island & Cedar Point. Even if King’s Island HAS changed a lot since my childhood and high school/college days

I hear him listing off all of the coasters in the park and all of a sudden I realize: HEY! Those aren’t the roller coasters. Those are the attractions in the Action Zone.

Shortly after KI opened Taft were already looking into building a second park. KI's sister park King's dominion openin in Doswell Virginia in may of 1975 and borrowed some theming elements from KI.

When he said Timberwolf was a major attraction I almost started laughing. And the park also needs more plants. I must say that it’s nice to see my home park recreated.

The day this video was uploaded (last night, Christmas Eve), I got a golden pass for Kings Island.

I go here about every year in real life. For never seeing the park in person this is pretty impressive. Missing some elements but I’ll forgive that.

Uh no Beast? The Longest Wooden Coaster in the world!? The Beast will literally beat you breathless and is absolutely brutal. You will wake up sore with bruises if you ride in the back. The Beast is a Top 5 ride in the world

Very accurate! I’ve been to Kings Island many times and there were only a small few details that were off! Really appreciate what he did with firehawk as in real life it’s a vekoma flying but I’m glad he did the winged 4d coaster as it looked way more realistic then the flying b&m would have looked 👍🏼

The Aztec pyramid was missing on the final lift hill to get back to the station.

I started a better version of KI a few years ago. I never went there. I went to Kings Dominion though in 1993 and 1997 with the Boy Scouts. i think the problem other creators had like echoplexe and brothalee is that they didn't utilize the land properly to fit the park in. It's somewhat possible to build the complete park if you max out the buildable area and you place the entrance near an edge of the park and leave out parking lot, etc. I fit a version of the Beast in mine that has a modified layout to fit up to the white dotted line. And I put Orion in and the new antique cars next to the Racer. I look at park maps, aerial views on google maps, photos, etc. to know where to place things and get the path layout right. I have some prebuilt buildings from the workshop and other KI parks and I used a prebuilt Eiffel Tower. Most of the coasters are blueprints from the workshop. I built the Congo Falls, steam train, and antique cars layouts myself, and I built the White Water Canyon myself. I haven't added to it or updated it in a while.

As a person who has been going to Kings Island since he was 4-years old (circa 1986….just2 years after Vortex was built)….this was pretty damn close. Going clockwise is how you do it AFTER you run to the newst coasted to beat yhe 3-hour wait. P

1:04 one issue I see is on inverted coasters zero-G rolls actually straighten out before twisting, they don’t keep a perfect arch, for safety reasons.

Ok, I don't know how accurate these coasters are compared to the real life ones, but Brothalee is really good at building roller coasters.

This and echoplexe’s are kind of off. Echoplexe’s is too compact. His is missing rides, too. I started one a while back, and mine will use all the available land. I placed the entrance near the edge of the new border after you max it out. This gives me more land in the back for the Beast and other rides. I have most of the coasters in, including the new Orion. They all fit. I made a new thread at the Frontier Planet Coaster forums with two new screenshots showing the park. I am going to have the new antique autos as well, and the K.I. Miami Valley Railroad with just the Losantiville station, and a fake curved platform for the waterpark station and a stop point on the track for the train to pause for a bit. The waterpark platform is right at the edge of the border so no room for even a fake waterpark. I hated that Kings Dominion got rid of their steam train, they removed it by 1996 and the two trains were sold, one went to Busch Gardens Tampa. KI still has their steam train though. KD’s was never a transport ride though, it only had one station. KI has two stations but in Planet Coaster you can’t build a station on a curve so I had to make a fake one for the waterpark station. I have River Rapids - White Water Canyon in as well.

Another wonderfully done park recreation by Brothalee, though it's a little odd to put so much time and attention into a location like this when you haven't even been there. Still, congrats on a semi-decent build, even if it isn't accurate.

Missing two biggest coasters and the attention to detail was very very rough. Kings island does a lot with their landscape and has a forest around it. All of which was none existent.

Same here with the home park. Flight of fear is one of my favorite indoor coasters I would love if you went back to ride that one. And you can't build kings island with out the beast best wooden coaster and one of the longest in the world with two chain lifts. Fun fact I got stuck on it twice at the second chain lift both times lol. Still would ride over and over again.

No beast no vortex and dymand back and fire hawk doesn't seat like that plus no elevator on the eifl tower

As my home park, this is a really nice recreation, but I can definitely tell the difference between this and the actual park. It isn't nearly as open, and the areas are quite different. But besides all of that, it's a great recreation for someone who has never been there. My only complaint is that YOUR FORGOT THE LEGENDARY BEAST!! KINGS ISLAND ISNT KINGS IDLAND WITHOUT THE BEAST

No Mystic Timbers, or Beast. His scale is off, and some of his rides have zero decoration. A good attempt, but far from accurate.

Hmm... To be honest I'm not sure how to feel about this one. I have not been there but I watch a lot of coaster povs of the actual coasters and I can already tell that this is a builder quality build. No offense but it seemed a bit... rushed. I understand that the creator did not want to get performance issues but some more detail and accuracy would have been nice. Im glad the Banshee is there but how could you not recreate this park without it's most iconic coaster the Beast? That coaster has one of the best track layout and it explores the terrain and forest which is breathtaking. Well... at least the creator made the attempt and I applaud them for that.
