SYKAROST Your right Brian,the kids love a tunnel.I just had to make this visit as it should have closed due to a new road going through the site,this has been delayed so they are still running.They are being moved by the council at there expense,to a new site.So I wanted to ride the old track before it closed.....Chris.
Lots of fun had by all Chris, funny enough I always associate the 03 shunters with the cow catchers and side protectors from the ones they had at Yarmouth for working the harbour.....Bob

***** Hi Steve,The move is at the same location but about 1/2 mile ish away from where they are now,yes it is very good of the council,they know it is a good attraction to the area and they want to keep it running.....Regards Chris.

wooltman Did iddy biddy bit of filming and a few photo's, but whether anything will be worth viewing l don't know, didn't concentrate much. Have not even got to upload to pc yet either to see for myself! Will let you know! :-)
I was just about to say "looks as if they have a nice layout and track at Kings Lynn but then read the comments,,,,,,,, not another society loosing their track and site,,, The Peterborough lads lost theres at Thorpe Hall a while back ,,,,,, so called progress ???? sad
***** Hi Alan.Unlike the Peterborough council,Kings Lynn council are going to move the railway and pay the costs,plus they have allocated the ground for the new railway,they know that a miniature railway is a nice attraction for the people of Kings Lynn ,time Peterborough CC took note.......Cheers Chris.
