I remember when I was younger I would hear this song playing from my big sister’s room. I loved hearing it so much man. I spent the next few years trying to find the band behind the song and I finally found them a few months ago :) My big sister moved out already, so now as a 15 year old I play them for my little sister lol

Everything about this song, this music video, and everything Kings Of Convenience is romantic. That's the only word I feel appropriately describes their aesthetic to me. Just, romantic.

I just came home from their concert in Bogotá/Colombia and still can't get enough of them and their voices. Tonight I experienced something beyond any words.

Yo this band jamms so hard man... This is the way music is suppose to make you feel you know... It makes you feel like the world is a beautiful place and makes you love life. I love acoustic music, it seems to be much more connected with the natural flow of nature and more in tune with our inner self.

The lyrics and video are full of ironies. Two lifelong friends whose lives rarely intersect, but that doesn't diminish their friendship. Hitchhikers each on a journey: Far, Work, Mexico, Ocean? Will any of them get their wish? Does it matter? Maybe the friends and adventures they find along the way are better than the wished-for destination. The music itself is pure joy, life at its best.

I'm crying. Age 4 - 6. The song my mother turned on every day on her old macbook to make me sleep. I loved this song so much. So many pictures now in my head and I can't stop crying. It's beautiful.
