I like the kinda way they react to her questions, just makes them so much more cooler. More authentic, they`re not kissing ass or other.... They just are the way they are.
really its not about if the lead of the band can sing or not (which i personally think he can) its about the passion someone has for what they are creating that makes people so drawn to a band and love them so much. so maybe he can't sing but his passion completly overshadows the ability of his voice and creates a feeling that eveyrone can relate to.

Yes I realize that, but they've really only become world famous with their latest album. There's a big difference. I've followed thier career for years, but I've never seen such a strong reaction from their previous records. They've come close to breaking through before, but this time it's happened, and they've really taken off. There's big, and there's BIG.

Well I'm not arguing! There doesn't need to be a defence. I don't care if you like his voice or not, as I said it's down to personal taste. I just said that he does sing in tune. There's loads of singers that I absolutely hate, who I have to concede, still sing in tune! Each to his own.x
Well that subjective really isn't it. The fact that he can sing in tune isn't debatable, as he clearly can. Whether or not you like his voice is down to personal taste I suppose. Personally it sends chills down my spine...in a good way! Nic.xx
There's so much backlash over their new material by die-hards, i like their old stuff too, aha shake heartbreak is a solid record but i suppose its just part of progressing as a band. You can call them sell outs or whatever but there's no denying how good of a band they are.
I agree, the questions of the reporter are basically unanswerable. Either they are simple statements or they can be only answered with a "Yes". And the personal trainer question was odd.
They do seem a little low-key, but if you ever saw Kirk play live, you would've noticed a dark mood surrounding the stage. He wasn't exactly a happy-go-lucky performer. Each unto his own. They haven't been in the spotlight very long either, I'm sure it takes some getting used to. :)

I dont know quite what your problem is, because not only are you stating your opinion as if it is fact (i.e, therefore everybody else is wrong), but you have continued to do so for over two months. If you say you dislike the singers voice, thats all fine and dandy, its just a matter of personal taste, but dont insist that just because you think so everone else must too. Please dont try to pretend that by simply saying "He. Cant. Sing", you can convince us all that this is fact. You cant. FACT.

@MariahFan09 Uhh... did we watch the same interview?? I really like KOL quite a bit. I don't know if they were just exhausted or what but that was a horrible interview from Caleb and the drummer. She literally had to pull information out of them. And if you're referring to her acting weird or being turned on at 4:40, I think she was actually turned off. That was a really arrogant and off-putting comment by Caleb- and I'm a guy. I think she reacted like that because she wanted to throw up. lol
the only reason they sold out faster than led zeppelin was because everyone had to apply for a ticket as opposed to buying one... then they got randomly picked.
