I am a Filipino but after watching 42 I became obsessed with watching these videos. Truly this these men are such an inspiration. They enjoy the game regardless of the circumstances during the time and remain thankful. Love, love them.

I had this on VHS when I was a teenager. Always thought there should be a set of these describing the teams, the all stars, etc.

The last 10 minutes summed up perfectly what "the great experiment " was really about. The integration of baseball killed a industry that was thriving in the black community during the depression and was a shining example of seeing blacks using there economic power. Black: Owner, players, employees, writers, coaches, umpires and patrons it all makes sense
