The trail camera wasn't suitable for what I originally bought it for, a security device. I eventually upgraded the security around my house to some Swan wireless cameras. I've been using the trail camera to find out what was eating my vegetables out of the garden and I'm going to use them when I go camping to see what creatures come around the camp at night. They have been working fine, cheers.
Hey mate another quick question - I picked one of these up yesterday and I don’t seem to have an option in the menu for video length? - according to the manual I should have an option to change the length of time it shoots video after being triggered…. But it’s not there. Wondering if you experienced the same?
Hi, the maximum length of video is 5 minutes. This means you can set the video length between 3 seconds and 5 minutes. If you want longer videos you can look for the parameter settings, under section 3 in the user manual in advanced settings, and change the interval between video length. The interval length can be changed between 5 seconds and 30 minutes. This means you could have several 5 minutes videos with 3 seconds intervals between them, effectively giving you longer videos.I hope this helps. Cheers.
