Oh nothing with the wig. The returning process they said the wig was used and smelled of perfume. THE DEVIL!!!! I'm a child of God why would I try to return the wig if I knew I wore it. I know maybe some people but in good faith I would not do this. They only refunded me back only 80% of my money. I wasn't happy with them and the lace was still intact never cut. Who finna wear a wig out with the lace still on it. Um...make it make sense I was done. Sorry...for how long but it reopened a bad experience with them, LoL.

That's the thing you have to send the wig back before the return can process and their warehouse personnel inspects the wig. I returned the wig because I no longer wanted. I had another wig shipping in. I'm a first time wig wearer and wanted options it came first and I instantly loved it. Didn't need 2 they were a bit pricey at the time but I've learned my lesson. It only takes one time ,LOL for me.
