Thank you, Thank you , I enjoyed this so much. Thank you for taking us with you. Some of us will never be able able to visit there, but through your eyes we can see it. ❤
Thanks for sharing your trip. There are so many wonderful historic things to see throughout the UK. Next time you should venture out of London and visit Warwick Castle in Warwick. It is an amazing castle. Nearby are the ruins of Kenilworth Castle. You can always visit Bosworth Field where King Richard III was killed, he was the last Plantagenet King, and Henry Tudor took the crown from that day on, he became King Henry VII, the first King of the Tudor era, and of course the father of the infamous Henry VIII xxxx
Morning from AU Kinsey, thanks for such a wonderful view of London & surrounds...that story about getting to Andre's place is hilarious; you're so sweet...
I watched that horse race and it was a good one! I am surprised they let you film inside there. That’s like going to Las Vegas, You need much much much more than a few days if you wanna see even half of it! That was very cool thank you !
Kinsey people are so happy to have the wonderful pleasure coming together & being very patriotic for King & counrty . The royal family brings in billions of dollars to the Uk . Hotels air lines resturants cabs car rentals clothing store gift shops money spent to go to royal castles & churches & tower of london they help support the uk as a whole
AND for people who complain about how much the RF costs, this Aussie did some digging and learned that the BRF costs the British tax payer LESS than a TV license ! I didn’t even know what a TV license was until the COMPLETELY CENSORED 🍅Yankee Wally explained. Our 🇦🇺 publicly funded TV channels - the ABC (like the BBC) with no ads & our multicultural channel SBS , established in 1978, which gets less money but is allowed to have ads too.
I am old enough to remember when you needed a licence to access the ABC in Australia. Licences were abolished in 1974. Now totally, and extravagantly, funded by taxpayers. SBS is partly funded and is allowed to seek advertising revenue. 😊@michelegraham9044
@@1949Matilda 👍🇦🇺 I was a school child in 1974 & didn’t know that we had licences too. I’ve just opened an Instagram account- they’ve closed their X account so I can make some complaints about some aspects of their, the ABC, entertainment shows lately. I take my hat off to Screen Australia though for funding some excellent programs, many of which will sell VERY well overseas.
I'm so happy you enjoyed yourself, you may not want to publicise going Ascot and doing a 'tictac' and getting lost in a moo field, I mean, it's just not the done thing. How you did that journey in heels and that beautiful dress, scaling that gate, I do not know. A chivalrous gentleman would have met you at the station, bad form and not British manners. Was that a red phone box purse you were carrying? It's adorable. At least you got properly rained on during a royal pageant, you're in good company. During the Queen's Diamond Jubilee regatta, the Queen and Prince Philip stood for their journey down the Thames in the brand new royal barge, for two hours, in the rain. Prince Philip had only recently come out of hospital for something like a UTI or kidney infection. He could have sat, he could have sat it out, but he didn't, they were under cover, but you know London rain, they got at least a bit soggy. It was hard not to admire Prince Philip's stoicism and devotion to the Queen. They both could have sat and been seen, but thought if people were standing getting wet just to see them, then they were going to do the same. So you're in good company. Kensington Palace is one of my favourite places. I used to play there a lot as a child, you could get a lot closer to the Palace then and it wasn't as much of a tourist site, they had a long avenue with greenery up the sides and curved roof, I would spend as long as I could just running and playing, my Palace and I was the princess, destined to grow up alone...I literally got chills when I learnt about Queen Victoria's childhood there. I know those railings wouldn't keep anyone out, but they were not there back then, so you could literally walk around some of the garden, until you came u a polite little sign "private - no access beyond this point" with nothing more to stop anyone. I'm glad it's on the map now and gets it's share of visitors. Come back soon! ❤ 🇬🇧
How did you end up in a field, over a gate with google maps? Glad you had a wonderful time this side of the Globe. Love your commentary and humor. ❤❤❤🇮🇪
Oh contraire, Chicago's O'Hare airport is far, faaaar, faaaaaar worse than LAX. LAX is a very pleasant place to be in comparison, I guarantee it. I will never accept any layover flight that stops in O'Hare, ever again. It's truly that bad, and it's a very scary place, imo. I didn't come across one single helpful or kind airport employee there, not one, and it's filthy dirty and maze-like. Be sure to never ask where your gate is or for help of any kind because you just may get yelled at, too. Horrible experience, full of very angry, unhappy people, who really have no people skills. I'm not knocking on people from Illinois, just people who work at O'Hare.
Thank you so much for including us on your tour, it was wonderful. Would love to say I'll make it but I doubt it. So glad you were able to make the trip for me. Take care and see you in the next video.
OH i just LOVED this Kinsey. I watch everything you do, but somehow I missed you have British Blood. Now I REALLY understand, apart from your (and my) love of Diana, our WONDERFUL if slightly imperfect at times, Princess of Wales and the part she played in the World, you love VISITING your Hereditary or Familial Home. Just wonderful to watch and to truly enjoy your enthusiasm for Great Britain and hopefully my own shared part in Canterbury New Zealand’s part of the Commonwealth. Till next time indeed Margot New Zealand
THANK YOU Kinsey, for taking us along. Especially those of us who will never travel to the UK. And myself being a Royal fan dince Princess Diana days. I LOVED every bit of this video. Thank You again💯
Anne Boleyn's (separated) body was actually very unceremoniously buried under the floor of the Chapel Royal of St.Peter ad Vincula (in the corner of Tower grounds), along with Thomas Cromwell's. It was Queen Victoria who had her remains dug up (though who would know whose were whose?), and reburied with due honour and ceremony just outside the chapel.
Kinsey....I must know dear, was that a purse designed as the red telephone box. If so, I must have one, please tell me where I can get one? Thank you I would so appreciate the information. You are absolutely a delight. I loved your story of getting lost. I laughed so hard, I had tears rolling down. And you were on air, I don't know how you were able to speak. I honestly could not tell it was William, because Edward was wearing a green sash, it was out of place to me, so it was only by a newscaster identifying them that I knew. Lovely videos. Thanks for sharing. For me, it was 1977, I believe that I was so close to Queen Elizabeth that I could have touched her. She was here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to celebrate the opening of The Commonwealth Games (like the Olympics, only Commonwealth countries) They were attending a dinner held by The Governor General of Alberta at Government House. It was a very formal event. She was dressed all in white, gown, fur shawl and a shining tiara. I was there with a Grandmother who passed down her love of all things Royal to me. I was 12 or 13 at the time. I remember my mother buying a tray that was being sold celebrating her silver Jubilee (25th) of being on the throne. I wanted that tray so bad. The Queen looked gorgeous, as she always did. Happy Canada 🇨🇦 Day Kinsey
I had no idea how funny you are 😂 London lad here, I’ve seen you on the uk news doing stints before but I’ve never seen you on RU-vid before and this video was so funny and interesting i have subscribed when normally I wouldn’t have - I don’t dislike the royals - I actually love them now after the queens pandemic speech , I just got my news from the tv but am happy to subscribe to you now I know how funny and endearing you are We Brits are known for our scathing humour - Americans sometimes don’t realise that we only make a big deal and criticise people this way if we actually LIKE them and so the act is one of endearment and friendship not an insult And so I LOVED how he was making you laugh and you took it all so graciously and accepted it as the sign of love and friendship that it was xx , bravo x 😂❤
really enjoyed that Kinsey, great to see London through your eyes and some hilarious moments- I literally laughed out loud at the Ascot story! PS Has anyone noticed how beautiful Kinsey's teeth are! Beautiful pearly whites there gal!
What a treat for you and for us! Did you win at Ascot? They used to bet on what color the Queen's dress would be! What do they bet on now, besides the races? Great tour! Thank you!
I'm an American and while I will always love my country I'd kiss the ground of England and embrace all its culture and traditions if I had married Harry. I cannot believe Megan gave all that up! For what exactly??
I'm sure she only wanted glamour part of the royalty and not the boring aspect of charity, rules and regulations. N didn't want to do curtsy* to other members of the family, specifically William and Catherine(when she is older than both of them)
Thank you Kinsey! So stunning! 🏴🇬🇧♥️🌹 (Re British people - they constantly moan. Even when they are happy and things are going well they still moan. They will tell you about a wonderful, positive experience but somehow manage to deliver it in a negative context).
I have to have a window seat. I was in a plane where an engine caught fire. I was 14, so I like to be able to see what's going on outside. I've been terrified of flying ever since.... as you can imagine, but I've kept going and when we went to Paris in March, I hardly panicked and even enjoyed it. Anyway, point being I need a window seat. And absolutely none of you needed to read my long ramblings on being scared to fly. So if you have bothered to read it, thank you lol, I am also sorry it's so long and doesn't mention H&M once.
