Hello my fellow Congolese folks (or not lol),
This video has been a long time coming, given the amount of requests and DMs I often get asking me about navigating living in the DRC as a member of the diaspora, or how to do business here, so I made a video answering all of these questions from my own personal experience.

Be the one to create your own social community. You’re new. It’s likely that community exists but you don’t know about it because you’ve just moved back. You’ll soon get your own community. Be patient and put yourself out there more when you can.

I love watching the Congolese videos as I prepare to come there. I’m certain I’ll be living in Kinshasa and the main things that worry me are language barrier, infrastructure- internet, and food. Your experience gives me a good idea of what to expect but I have a really positive outlook. I am just super excited

Congolaise raised in Kinshasa, I miss DRC sometines. Appreciate your honesty, I've seen too much hype from African influencers showing a serious lack of business intelligence. Glad to see Africans who are thinking straight, to navigate the business environment better. Thank you for educating us on the economic realities that we shouldn't neglect at home.

You've mixed your personal issues with some of Kinshasa challenges... But not all the people that want to come in DRC are in your same situation... I mean if you need external things to have fulfilled Lifestyle... The issues are not only external at this point. We have our own culture and we are proud of it people try to be happy even if they have nothing.

Hey sister N when will you come to setup a gas bottling business here in Brazzaville ? DRC is slowly entering its golden years in industrialization no matter how disorganized the country is nothing will stop it to happen.

You telling the truth my sister I am a 28 years old lady living in SA my family has started putting pressure on me that I must get married and they find for me a man that I must come back to get married to that man😢 when I spoke to him over the phone we do not have the same mindset at all

True, life is crazy expensive in Kinshasa and all over DRC , I think its because we use US dollars a lot,

interessting , thank you for this, some how makes me mad, because even though , last time I was in congo is 32 years ago, I know exactly what you mean, the MENTALITY is Messed up with congolese people !!
