You're under the erroneous assumption that you can spot someone with mental health issues, which is why so many people in Kenya who are not well do not get the help they need. Many people with Schizophrenia, for example, do not necessarily show the classic symptoms we associate with unwell people but some end up committing mass shootings or being serial killers. That you dismiss the idea that the murderer might have had a mental health issue shows just how ignorant we are about these issues.
