I’m working a deal on one of these right now. I almost bought the Kubota till I discovered the CX2510. I still love the Kubota, but the Kioti is more tractor for the money
I agree with plastic hood. I hope it don't bleaches out from sunlight. Not sure if 540e is needed. Engine rpm are already relatively low compared to other 25hp tractors due to almost 1,7 L displacement.
@@TheCommandoCyborg with 1.65 L displacement most of the pto tasks could be run @1800/540 rpm 100nm+ torque 24hp (with properly opened fuel injection) ; now engine is cranked down and pto build to run @2600... its just suboptimal engineering if we want 24hp/1t little tractor
Why people are automatically opposed to the use of high quality composites for this application is beyond me. A composite (plastic) hood is, in some respects, better than steel. If an object strikes it, it will not dent, and it is highly unlikely that it will crack. It should be no more susceptible to fading than paint. It’s actually a nice piece of kit, and is impossible to distinguish from metal.
