Sleeping Mechanized Planet sounds like it would play when you return to Shiver Star to find that the factories have shut down. The planet can finally rest in peace.
Every time this gets used in a kirby game, it compliments the atmosphere perfectly. I love how the original uses machine sound effects (especially the intro, with what sounds like an old car starting up) or that intense slam of piano keys.
Fun fact, in order to get the unique sound heard at 7:45, Jun Ishikawa (also composer of the original song) stuck his glasses between his guitar strings, breaking his glasses in the process.
as a wise commenter once said: crystal shards: the car is struggling to start canvas curse: the seatbelt alarm keeps going off rainbow curse: the car started planet robobot: the car is being destroyed at the scrapyard forgotten land: the car was reborn as CARby
This is the song that got me into video game music honestly. Because there was almost a story behind the machines noises (according to kid me). I love it so much
I`m feeling that the Kirby Cafe one is fitting in Kirby` Epic Yarn. Also, can we talk about how In the beginning of this video Kirby literally dive head-first into a *Saw blade* without getting hurt?
Uh... No, I rather believe that Shiver Star it's one of the first planet Haltmann helped or is a forgotten planet where The Ancients were once. It's more interesting than "Shiver Star = Earth guys omgg :ooo"
@@AzumarillConGafasBv No it’s not. How about Shiver Star was the result of Haltman Robotics finding the secluded planet but they left the now mechanized Earth after the thermal core broke down?
@@nerdsmyspiritanimal2676 as I said before, I don't like that theory, sure is interesting for us and all, but humans existing in the Kirby universe is boring and forcing them to exist there is too Adeleine is the only human there and we don't know where she came or something, and I hope that stays that way
@@AzumarillConGafasBv There’s a “No Trespassing” Sign in English in the stage select room. The music, setting, official description was all pointing at it being Earth. Well, I heard that Sakurai was not happy with the concept of Humans or anything from our world existing in Kirby’s. And 64 wasn’t really made by him so that would explain Adeliene.... so maybe that Ice World shouldn’t be taken directly as cannon.
I had no idea about super star using this in the sub game! I've always loved the track but I never made the connection. These videos are fantastic, thanks for putting them together!
I really loved Shiver Star Factory level, I find really hard that one part where there's giant hammers that crush you in the DDD section My favorite one so far is the Canvas Curse and KF2!
Yea the factory is really creepy. Especially coming off the toy factory. It also seems to be more grim. The hammers have faces and the robots have lasers and launch towards you. Really good level design!
I will always call it factory inspection "studying the factory" sounds like something you'd read in one of those fan translation that are meant to be more accurate to the original version but end up being too literal and end up sounding way more confusing than the official, technically less accurate version Yes I really typed all of that because of a name
The tone of the song is super heavy but then it get used in "snack track" 😂 Also, the song appear in Kirby fighter (1) no? Or did you not include because it's the same as a previous one?
Anyone get any Final Fantasy IV vibes from this tune? Specifically the music that plays when you're inside the giant robot: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dsbmq752sB0.html
