Damn I love Dream Land 3. The movement is pretty fast once you get used to it

OMG! This was like the best early birthday present I could've ever gotten. Being the featured comment, AND its in the episode about my favorite of the Light Novels? Incredible! This novel is by far my favorite out of all of them, Takase's skill is on full display here. Marona is 100% the most memorable Original Character by a mile, and I feel like the way she was paralleled with Meta Knight as a mirror to reflect his own insecurities made them BOTH fantastic characters in this. I even love the way the message of being yourself got handled here, we got to see a fulfilling conclusion to Marona, who embraces her true self and chooses to ignore all the doubt she percieved the others to have about her in order to live her best life, I'm a Marona stan for sure. I think this is the most poignant LN so far because it takes itself seriously-- Gallic is, to me, one of the first real serious threats we've seen out of the Novellas so far, and he's cruel, while also exposing how his greed got the better of him. It handles the issue of self-worth struggles in a mature way while also managing to keep the jokes and the tension and emotion appropriate. Meta Knight himself is just a fantastic protagonist and I think his interactions with Marona shape this, but the way we don't get a 'good ending' for him just makes him all the more tragic and deep. Super fantastic stuff. I just gotta appreciate Takase's skill once again. if I don't get official english releases I'll go berserk myself!
