One of my great old challenges I did back in the Wii days, now it comes back. and back in the old days people thought it was impossible to beat this Boss with no Copy Abilities, but they were wrong.
That description makes me realize how much the Kirby fandom has evolved since then because I'm pretty sure people beat Astral Birth Void no abilities within a week of that update's launch compared to people thinking Magolor EX no abilities was impossible
@@photonic083 Bit late but that definitely was the hardest, Void killed me once and that's only because I tried using hearts exclusively to kill it. Nothing compared to my other deaths and resets.
Albert Terry you realize in order to defeat magolor you need to use super abilities in order to break his shield because it’s immune to normal abilities.
@@harrybest2041 So in your conclusion, it would be better if he didn’t finish the video and defeated the boss instead of using the needed super abilities to finish the battle… What is wrong with people today?!
@@Im_Mxuri_- I know, but they still used copy abilities regardless of them being required. Magolor's battles in The Arena and The True Arena don't require copy abilities.
There's an unknown glitch I discovered that involves the Flare Beam Magolor summons... The glitch has a 50/50 chance of appearing if you time it just right. Magolor actually stays in axis WITHOUT the flare beam!
Don't forget Snow Bowl, Grand Hammer and Ultra Sword. They're copy abilities too, and they're required to defeat Magolor outside of The Arena and The True Arena. Saying that they're not copy abilities is like saying Crash and Mike aren't copy abilities.
@@harrybest2041 yes, technically they are, but i don’t exactly consider them as copy abilities while others do. anyway, it’s also kinda like saying paint or cook also aren’t copy abilities.
You must notice that Magolor Soul used an Ice Hammer, two Galaxia Swords and Monster Flames in at least one of his attacks All of them look like Kirby's Super Copy Abilities that he killed Magolor with in the previous phase when he got the Star Shield I think the Ice Hammer is especially a mixture between Snow Bowl and Grand Hammer and the Monster Flames a mixture between Monster Flame and Flare Beam (because he can control it more than Kirby)
Magolor flips the screen upside down and creates literal black holes He bends the laws of space to his very will, with minimal effort, HOW COULD YOU NOT BE TERRIFIED OF HIM?!
That third eye resembles a certain giant bloody eyeball that we all know and hate. Maybe the Master Crown has something to do with said bloody eyeball.
Some attacks reference other things in this game such as His Double Sword, Ice Hammer, Double Beams, Blue flame, all referencing the super abilities, Double sword being Ultra sword, Double Beam being Flare Beam, Blue flame being Monster Flame, Ice hammer being Grand hammer and Snow bowl.
Actually, the charge (from background into foreground) that finishes his flare beam attack is what references the Snow Bowl ability. Magolor Soul: Since you LOVE hitting ME with your super abilities, let's see how YOU like being hit by them!! This is even funnier if you imagine that Kirby is Travis Touchdown and Magolor is Damon (from No More Heroes 3)
Heres an ironic I love battling bosses with no copy abillity too In the first phese i took a lot of damage In the soul part i took only one damage (Im talking on the ex)
I actually think magolor soul is actually not at full power since his dragon flame charge has only a small area of effect unlike the original... if he uses all powers of original and buffs it all, it will be a fricking pain for sure
feels weird that there's only 2 videos of this boss but it's not due to the fact that that not a lot of people have completed ex mode, it's 'cause most people forget about it after finishing it
It literally isn’t. The pause screen description calls it a sad shell possessed by the master crown. Essentially in the first phase you already killed magolor and this is basically the master crown possessing his corpse. During the first phase it’s very apparent that the crown is alive(as it sometimes bounces on it’s own like in the animation before the fight) and considering the theme of that phase is called “under my control” it’s pretty clear that by the second phase magolor’s defeat causes him to be possessed by the master crown. In other words you fight a possessed corpse for the final boss
I Just Saw The Nintendo 2022 Direct. They Are Really Remaking All Of Kirby returns to dreamland for the Nintendo switch. I Only Have One Question. How Are They Gonna Upgrade This Already Awesome Fight?
I don't know if anyone has ever noticed this, but there's a giant eye in the second phase of this fight where Magolor's mouth is, hinting at Dark Matter.
Ikr? It’s so weird. I have fought this boss countless times and in many cases I beat him at the end without abilities because spitting does more damage.
If you're ok with answering, why was the video removed? Oh wait I just saw it reuploaded. I'm guessing it was because of a glitch in the video or something? Okay I just looked at your comment on the video. I guess I'm just dumb.
@@Momchiio I know, but the title doesn't specify which *required* abilities have to be used, and they used a unrequired ability at one point. The comment was partially a joke anyway.
