I’m gonna push back on Georgia not stopping Alabama’s run game. Alabama’s rush offense averaged 4 YPC in 2023. Against Georgia? 2.8 YPC. Roydell Williams averaged 4 YPC and Jam Miller averaged 2.6 YPC. Alabama didn’t run all over Georgia. The Auburn, Missouri, and Georgia Tech games were all much bigger examples of Georgia’s underwhelming run defense than the Alabama game was.
