Here I'm showing is one of my great aunt's vacuums. She also has a old Sears Craftsman 16 gallon wet/dry vac I didn't get a chance to show off because I was limited on time and her garage outlet wasn't working. Hopefully if I claim that machine, I'd do a video of it because I'm likely never coming back here. Anyways, she must've had a Ultimate G or a Diamond Edition before this because there's an extra blower attachment with all the other accessories but in a lighter color. Probably got sucked into trading it in from a Kirby salesperson just like her sister who happens to be my grandma, she had two brown Kirbys before and a salesperson got her into trading both of those in for a G4. In fact, another salesperson years later tried to get my grandparents to trade in their G4 for one of these Sentrias. Of course that never happened and I'm super glad because I like the G4 way much better. I also prefer either the Ultimate G or the Diamond Edition over this as well. The handle feels awkward, looks hideous, I can't use paper bags, bearing quality has gone downhill, etc. But like all other Kirbys, this is a good machine. It performs much better than my Sentria at home, most likely because I live in higher altitude but this one is also in much better condition. I just replaced the belt on this so I made a little mess on the carpet where you can clearly see how much agitation and airflow this Kirby has. I'd love to have this machine when my great aunt passes away even though I already have one of these, although there's a chance somebody else may or already has claimed it. Maybe I could swap my other Sentria for this one if that's the case. I also would love to find another Sentria that's one of the earlier ones with the curvy zipper, I've used one of those before from my childhood.
Hope you enjoyed!
