lucious247 Its already been proven Whispy woods can be mobile. He chases you in dream land dream and jumps around in team Kirby clash + deluxe. Both require him uprooting. (I know he is possessed in DR3 but I doubt it's dark matter alone that allows him to chase kirby)

They aren't. They're a tanuki and a kitsune. Tom Nook and Redd from Animal crossing are based off those animals and that's why they share similar looks. Heck, these two came out before animal crossing was even a thing.

You can beat whispy really fast by using fire. You can also fly up to the platform with Meta Knight.

Fun fact you can try attacking meta knight on the top of the platform without grabbing the sword and it will immediately start the battle and he'll kick away the sword lol.
