Just like white culture is above all to white people whereas prejudice is high in the white church and many of them really don't like or want to deal with people of color

I'm not saying ŵe are perfect. But I'm seeing a trend of "Christians" telling other Christians they are too "extreme" for giving Jesus their all. It shouldn't be considered wierd or prideful to not compromise.

Hi Marcus, this is the first time I am watching you and I have so much to share with you as a recording artist who walked away from millions and what God spoke to me about the industry. You stand strong in what you believe because you are correct friend. There is no such thing as a Christian Recording Artist and I can tell you why I say that and what God spoke to me about it. I was backslidden and Jesus honoured my prayer and humbled me recently. I've been off work sick for a few weeks now, spending time with him. I have repented and will continue to ask God to help me to REPENT EVERYDAY. I like the message you are promoting Marcus, We all must repent and follow Jesus. They do need to REPENT, all must repent because Hell is real! Marcus I just want to say, I can see your sincere obedience and love for God. I can sense that you've obviously been through a lot of persecution, yet you have progressed forward with a humble spirit. Great to see.
My first thought was this, looks like they are in the pits of Hell. People are so blind. Stand strong and be set apart family. This world is not worth it. Man I’m so glad you came out with this Marcus. I was feeling this way as soon as I saw it and it sat wrong in my spirit. It hurts me that I see maverick city coming out with such amazing worship songs unto God and then I see this. I pray for each of these individuals.
What makes me most concerned is that Chandler isn’t pouring into Will. It’s the other way around. He’s shouting out to Will and not God for getting to that level. I hope Chandlers heart is still for the Lord! 🙏🏼

Ask any Christian artist that got signed to a secular label. The proof is there the gospel gets watered down and the Christian artists often fall or the band separates.

If Will is genuinely calling on the Lord who am I to judge. He probably reached his rock bottom and this is an opportunity for him to look to the Lord. Only God knows who is calling upon him with a contrite heart.
I agree with you. Before you even said it, I thought, "That looks demonic." I don't listen to Kirk Franklin anymore because he's a wolf in sheep's clothing. There was another street preacher calling out Franklin for these things in front of an arena or theater he was performing at. Kirk set out his bodyguards and didn't even want to talk to the guy. There are other artists as well. One of those arists is Amy Grant. She was one of my favorites, too. It's heartbreaking what's happening. They are standing with the world and not the Word.

There is a part two to that conversation between that pastor and Kirk, they had a sit down discussion. That pastor proved to Kirk (through Gods word) that he was totally and completely wayward… Kirk is in denial because he is in his flesh. He wants to be excepted by a world and a people he would never have been able to associate with had he never been chosen by God. He is completely caught up unfortunately.. pray for him. He is full of the flesh.
Ima just throw this out there. The word says be quick to listen and slow to speak. To many Christian jump on being critical of every thing. You don’t know what Christ may be doing in someone’s life. I don’t know Will never met him, don’t know Kirk or what he’s going through but I know God. So I pray by the grace of God God uses Kirk though the man is imperfect, I pray God helps re-establish Kirk in the word. And that he finds his footing if he hasn’t already. And Wills been broken going through a hell of a lot, so I pray God uses this time of brokenness to truly find Jesus. And rather than be quick to speak and quick to draw anger, remember the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. I pray God does what may seem impossible to others but not impossible for God and he save these individuals if they haven’t come to repentance already. And I pray for you too so you can remember that you were a sinner at one point in need of a redeemer. Jesus didn’t come for the religious he came for the sinner the broken and it was the religious who killed Christ. God bless. All of you should be praying for them and reaching out in love. And welcoming them for the opportunity to disciple with the fruit of the spirit. through love, patience and truth rather than just get on the internet and be quick to shoot down.

@PraiseOntheJourney Yes… make sure to read the parts where Jesus’ biggest opponents were the religious elites, the ones who “knew” the scriptures inside and out, and the ones who preached/taught in their “churches”.
It should actually be easy to understand… it’s no different than when the Pharisees, Sadducees, etc… did it to people in Jesus’ day. Imagine claiming to be doing the very work of God, but actually blocking the very work of God. There’s a man named Paul who wrote half of what we now refer to as the “New Testament”. But before that he just KNEW that he was doing God’s work by imprisoning and voting for the death of those who proclaimed the name of Jesus.

That's why I still follow you brother Marcus. Please keep doing what you're doing. The deeper my relationship with God grows, the more He draws me away from famous Christians like Kirk F and Chandler Moore. Two power houses in Christian music that have made some wonderful music. But prior to me even finding out about their affiliations with worldly artists and BET I felt something in my spirit about them and I found myself turning them off or skipping over their songs and now I understand why.
As a 3 yr old toddler in Christ I was/am so thankful that when God cleansed my spirit from the love of wordly music He had music ready to replace it with. I'm a huge CHH head but I'm a fan of God first and so if the "Christian" music i bump is being contaminated by any unclean spirits it's gotta go too. You absolutely 100 percent correct on this we have to be separated from the filth of the world. You cannot one day say I’ll be a Christian but it’s okay to mix the world with the world and expect a fruitful harvest. Some of our Christian artist are trying to serve two masters.
