I've been suffering from Anxiety/Panic attacks for about 6 years on and off. Some days, the anxiety is manageable but other days I feel trapped and filled with chronic fear. I feel like it has been crippling me and has been stopping me from reaching my full potential. I just want to feel like my complete self again. Lord, give me all of the strength I need to overcome this completely.

What Kirk said on the breakfast club resonated with me. I deal with depression because I am not where I should be in life. This is despite all of my accomplishments. I always feel like I should be at a certain point at this age (29). I feel empty because I am not enough. But he reminded me that worth isn't limited to what I do, but who I am. Crazy, I am halfway done with a doctorate but... feel so incompetent, so much despair, so much self-loathing, and anxiety. I left home a first generation college student and I want to return when I reach some level. So now, I sit, unhappy, because I still do not have what I need to help all. But, I am living on faith and remaining there, asking God to help guide me. It is a process, an honest process to get over anxiety and depression.

We can change the future and change how we live our life. God has removed your transgressions "as far as the east is from the west." You can approach God with a sincere repentant heart and ask Him to forgive you. He has already forgiven you. Your life will never BE the same.
