Chicago Bulls guard Kirk Hinrich and Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal received double technical fouls for scrapping during Game 2 of a first-round series.
Notice the ref went after Hinrich right away because Hinrich had a reputation of not backing away from anyone. Beal was a rookie and perhaps he didn't know that. Wall played with Hinrich and I bet you he told Beal right after this that Hinrich is not one to mess with.

Beal shouldn't have held back his laugh when Hinrich took his goggles off he should have just bursted out laughing, cause that is what everyone at home was doing.

Really? Look at where their feet are when they start and when they end. They are both in the restricted zone, Kirk doesnt move backwards an inch and Beal ends up near the elbow.
Wizards inbounding. Wizards have the ball. Hinrich has his arms wrapped around Beal, preventing Beal from getting open. Hinrich can't do that. Beal kinda throws a couple elbows after than Hinrich ducks under. Beal shouldn't have done that, but Hinrich wrapping up Beal set this off for this play.

Only offensively, defensively hinrich was a beast. If a team has balanced offense and has at least one star hinrich in his prime is a better addition than beal now even in his prime. If you go check the bulls while hinrich was there their defensive rating was much better when he was on the court and they improved drastically with him since his rookie season - with or without derrick rose before he got hurt. Better than wizards are now and beal always had john wall. Bulls was a star-less team for quite a while and getting 45-49 wins pre derrick rose and after he got hurt too.
