can this help with skin tightening for a lax neck (i have no fat there just some loose skin)? Is there any risk of it melting fatpads if you do it on face? thanks

@ Dandelion S...yes it is used for a lax neck. How effective it would be is dependent on your skin condition. There are other procedures available depending on what your expectations are.

Radiofrequency is used for loose skin, CO2 works too for contraction, now Ellacor would probably be most transformative

@ Haf Sa..yes it is suitable for dark skin. This is similar to RF microneedling. I'm doing a combination of Tixel around the eyes and Morpheus8. I've had RF microneedling but did not get as much benefit as I wanted. These two procedures were recommended by my aesthetician. She was very thorough on the benefit of both procedures.

Is it good for face fat reduction too??

@ marika sarah..this procedure does not go deep enough in the dermis to reduce facial fat. There are several other procedures like RF microneedling that can affect fat in the dermis. This is accomplished with needles that penetrate the skin and the needles fire up to heat the skin much like Tixel but the needles are longer. This all happens in a micro second.

@ ferosa89..costs depend on where you live. On the average takes 3 treatments to be effective and the average costs is $2000 to $3000. Tixel is a little less maybe. To do around my eyes I was quoted $900.
