@@kanishk86 price in Knowledge park 3 is currently between 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs per square meter, for small to mid size plots, this plot comes under mid size.
If the rate is 2L/sqm.. it becomes 10cr for 500m. Cost of construction must be another 2cr. Annual rent is 44L. This comes out to be 3.6% return. Doesn’t seem to beat inflation. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
