Eric was one badass dude! I mean he looks like he was born for this band. And he never overplayed his drum parts even though his musical capabilities exceeded far beyond most drummers of his era. RIP Fox!!
This song is truly evil and demonic and worshipping the Devil. Look at the video of How KISS(Knights/Kids/Kings In Satan's Service) corrupts a person here. They are truly from the pits of Hell and the Lake of Fire and agents of the Devil Himself. They are Evil Incarnate.
I am sorry for your loss. I am sure that your dad went to Rock heaven knowing that you loved him with all your heart. And you kn ow that he loved you too.
You don't know how to count properly. Where is 0,1%? It's Justin Bieber. Girls' band, nothing more. The performers are feminine, all their masculinity is played out
Yeah, Kiss sounds kinda fabricated nowadays. Doesn't have the same talent such as Ozzy, for example. But you may disagree of course, that's just my opinion.
Truly an end of an era. Kiss were a band for 50 long years. Like them or not, there's no denying that Kiss were one of the biggest bands in not just rock music, but in all of music, and the fact that they were together for 50 years is truly commendable. The vast majority of bands don't make half as long as they did.
They really weren’t that big if you look at album sales. No album sold more than two or three million. They made up for their minimal popularity with a loyal to die for fanbase, the key to their success. I’m a Bob Dylan fan , been to one of his concerts. Average kisss fans see multiple kiss shows.
+Lance M I agree truly this song is at number 3 on my top ten songs from kiss. I love it loud I wanna here it loud right between the eyes I love it loud I wanna here it loud don't want no comprises
I've broken 11 drum heads, and shattered 23 drumsticks while trying to make my drums sound like that lol (makes sense because I was hitting them with full force)
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST KISS SONGS AND VIDEOS !, , I WISH THEY WOULD TOUR AGAIN & COME BACK TO HOUSTON, TEXAS. I'D LOVE TO SEE THEM AGAIN ! KISS ARMY ! ! 🪖 💥
If you go back a decade maybe. The rise of MTV and music videos in the 80s are exactly what made music more about looks and less about the music itself.
80's rock is the best thing in the world. No other genre can produce those feel good shoutalong songs. I'm 20 years old but still prefer 80's rock. I'm writing 80's rock myself. I play and record everything, I just don't have professionell equipment, that's why the sound is not perfect. Here's the youtube link to my new song. Not doing this for likes, so don't give me likes but I'm happy for any (ANY) kind of feedback, just in case somebody is interested:) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kqcBnJXSiGg.html
@@swampthing94 nowadays drums have heads on top and bottom but early on you could get them with or without the bottom heads like Eric uses here. Without the bottom heads, The drums have heavier, Hollow sounds.
Charles Markgraf it’s stupid to argue musical tastes and opinions as nobody will magically change their minds here, but comparing Rammstein to the most successful American hard rock band is pure stupidity lol. I’m sure Rammstein would even tell you that. Music ages with us and changes. KISS never claimed to be a technically talented band like Rammstein. But they have a hell of a lot more fans and money. Just saying lol. Not saying they’re better musicians, but saying a more recent band can blow a historical ground-breaking band out of the water is ignorant.

They are the gods of rock!! They belong up there with Led Zeppelin, Queen, Van Halen, Aerosmith, and the rest of Rock Legends. Rock and Roll Forever!!!
It's such a Joy seeing Eric Carr in all the Kiss videos he's been apart of. You can tell he enjoyed the gig he had,he wasnt just a hired gun but a beloved kiss member.
I remember when I saw them before COVID took the whole world over, Gene had done his blood spit routine and then he was whisked away up into the air. He started performing his song and everyone was sitting down for a moment. I didn't know what was happening cause I was a newbie KISS fan, but the moment that he said "Stand up! You don't have to be afraid." I stood up and was the only one who did so. Felt like he saw me and locked eyes with me when he was performing. It was awesome. It's my favorite song by KISS just for that reason
Wow, I've never been to a concert, it must be amazing, and even more amazing if it's Kiss! ; Your experience must have been amazing and I hope that one day I can experience something similar. Greetings from México.
Back then, you went to school on Monday and asked your friends, Man, did you guys stay up late Saturday night and hear that new Kiss Song? It was totally rad!
I was lucky enough to see all the original members back in '99, when I was 15. That was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I could not see them now, just because they've aged and I just don't like Tommy Thayer's playing (not sure if that's his name lol). I wish I could have seen them in the 80's though, with Eric Carr and Bruce in the band, god those looked like prime events. I really wish I was a teen in the 70's or 80's, before all this tech was around and you HAD to go to a concert to experience rock music, instead of daydreaming on youtube lol
John yeah I agree with you about RU-vid and all I wanted to but the guns n roses Chinese democracy album with my money and my mum said no you can't why would you pay for it when you can listen to it on RU-vid god that annoyed me
I am 18 now, so obviously I didn't have the chance to see KISS in their best era, but I saw them in 2013 and although the performance had some flaws (mostly Paul's voice) I still consider that night one of the best in my life. KISS is just a lifetime experience.
My first KISS concert was in August 2nd, 1976. I have 3 boys now, ages 13, 11, and 10. Their first Kiss concert was last week Wednesday July 20, 2016. Didn't put it together how close they were till now. I mean, the month and day. Damn! Forty fu**in years!! Oh well, they still rocked pretty hard. Huge $$ spent on pyro, and explosives. Great Show! The coolest part was my 10 y\o standing and throwing double horns \m/ \ m/ to, Rock and Roll All Nite!! Well Ok, I also dug that Gene was still breathing fire after all these years. Great Show!!
Eric Carr's drumming is what makes this song stand out. The drumming is the centerpiece of this song right from the beginning, when that's all you hear, to the very end.
Kiss was my entry way into the rock genre, i was a freshman in high school at the time. Im close to graduation, and i never thought this was a genre that would be a part of my life, and im glad it is. The power of rock music is strong. The way it connects to the soul is just amazing. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
