80s kiss is SO underrated, and so is the Crazy Nights album. Turn on the Night, Crazy Crazy Nights, Reason to Live, Hell or High Water, Thief in the Night...some awesome tunes on that record!
He never lost it! A great testament to the man's integrity and peace of mind. Many others might have spat the dummy and turned away from the band that kinda "betrayed" him - but Bruce kept his cool and he's still a part of the family, and though he's been in other bands, he's kept all his KISS chops up!
So Cool but this and Turn on the night ….SO make me think of Eric Carr ...Miss you sweet little Fox ….I hope they remember you ...You did a lot for Kiss in the 80s
Bruce will always be my favorite and the best guitarist the band ever had. I love ace and I love Tommy too, Tommy is a very underrated player and really nice guy. I used to own his les paul and just picked up his explorer, great guitar.
Probably will hear it THIS year. Bruce is back for his 3rd year. You gotta give KISS credit for giving the fans what they want and it shows you they respect Bruce Kulick.
I have 3 different copies of the Crazy Nights vinyl LP (incl. 2 diff. picture discs), plus the Turn On the Night maxi single. I was into it. Great songs.
Here's a thought...I've been playing guitar for nearly 40 years and I used to love Ace's playing, it's hard to replicate that swagger & loose style. BUT, if he had kept his head around '77/78, instead of going off the rails and actually WORKED on his craft, he could've been as good as Bruce...he had the tools and all the time in the world, but stuff got in the way - down his throats and up his nose, mostly.
Also Agreed. Bruce is a Great guitarist and a great down to earth guy. My friends met Bruce in Ohio, and asked if he wanted to go listen to a band at a club. Bruce said, " No, how about if we all just go hang out at somebody's house, turn on some tunes, and talk Rock."
Barband? its a small stage in a kruise. Dont expect the big sound of a stadium concert dumbas. Even with the sound of a "barband", bruce could kick your ass as a gitarist with his pinky.
Some folks may feel this band is better than Kiss. Not when Kiss first came out with these songs, they dominated this sound. Paul was so powerful and with range back then. Fox thundered. These guys are playing the songs that Kiss can't anymore, and doing very well, they sound awesome! Kiss is showing respect for Bruce and his contribution. Kiss is also covering their entire sound for their fans by having Bruce there. They're not feeling upstaged, they know what they're giving to their fans by having Bruce there, keeping rock, and blistering guitar work, alive. Win, win,... Win! R.I.P. Fox
I really wish Kiss would throw a good chunk of these songs into their set for the "Farewell" round 2 tour. They almost ignore the non make up years theses days.

Ace was the reason I played music BUT KISS with Bruce and Eric Carr was freaking amazing. Tommy Thayer sucks and wishes he had the chops that Bruce, Bob and Ace have
