"Besame Mucho” was composed by Consuelo Velasquez in 1940.
The Trio Los Panchos version is the most famous, but it has also been covered by Frank Sinatra, the Beatles, and many others.
In Japan, Naoko Ken has also covered the song.
The lyrics of the song are “Tomorrow we'll be apart, so give me lots of kisses".
When I first practiced this song, I used a cornet sound, but when I tried different sounds, the flute sound felt right, so I played it on the flute.
I was not very conscious of the beat, and the performance was free, which I quite like, what do you think?
