I think the ending is really meaningful. Its like them looking back at their humble beginnings and seeing how far they have come. The bside that went along with Sticky is really good as well you should check it out. Its called Te Quiero.

Actually there's been a theory that it's actually connected to their lore, although your interpretation could work as well. In the Midas Touch M/V, they've spoiled the word "doppelganger" during the scene when Haneul turns the guy into stone and you can see the word written on his chest when he fell down. It's spoiled in their Midas Touch physical album too and a lot more tracks as well. So Natty seeing another version of herself might be a spoiler for their upcoming title track "doppelganger". In the Sticky M/V they have horror posters too which could mean we're probably getting a dark/horror concept next comeback. Now this is just one part of the theory. In the teasers for the Sticky M/V and the M/V itself, R.E.M has been spoiled a couple of times. REM stands for rapid-eye movement which is a stage of sleeping where dreams occur. The theory suggests that Midas Touch and Sticky could have been a dream given how drastically different it is from their previous storyline-based M/Vs. And to solidify the theory even more, in Nobody Knows (their very last storyline-based M/V), they were sleeping with the television on which could mean that they were on the "R.E.M stage" of sleeping. And that's why Natty was seeing a doppelganger of herself. I'm not sure how the next M/V is gonna be like but if it's really a horror concept, and they have doppelgangers, maybe we'll see them trying to escape from it and wake up from their dream.

I've heard speculation that their next comeback may have something to do with Doppelgangers. Given that they sometimes insert Easter eggs referring to their next comeback (like the X's shown on their debut album MV's), the ending appearance of Sugarcoat Natty has my brain overheating.
