It's too short for one bar loops! Also , check out the Erica BBD Delay Flanger, I made a video for it, may be a cool option besides the dopfer! Cheers

@@QuincasMoreira I'd count the length you were able make it loop in the demo as fairly adequate! It'd be a really fast bar hahahaha The thing that kinda puts me off a bit for the Erica Synths BBD is that they only have a 4096 step BBD option. I'd really like to try and make karplus strong patches that are more accurate, and from what I hear, the 512 step BBD chips are perfect for this. The drive and colour options are unique tho and are solid features. I've got some serious considering to do. Thanks for making these videos, I've been learning a lot. Cheers!

@@SasvanGulik yes, KS on the erica is not super precise, more for percussion and effects than anything tonal

Not at all, this is MUCH better than a PT2399 project! It's not super hard but I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner. Get your feet wet with simpler builds first, like Mikrophonie and Radio Music.

Hey Godaz. Feedback in this module is done purely digitally. If you want to get kid modified - You can do this my connecting to the MCU board. Take signal out from XP3-Pin7. Add a buffer and process as you want to. Sending back will require you to add summing in between front board and mcu board on XP3-Pin8 - that is delay input. You might want to cut connection between MCU and feedback pot in order to reassign it to your mod. hf

@@QuincasMoreira Hi! I must admit that it was late night and stressed after hours of soldering, and also I must say this is of course my personal experience. It was not a happy building, component list is not giving condenser and other component references (it's ok, I can go ahead anyways but it took much more time and energy), a lot of the values on the PCB were difficult to read and they were not sorted i.e top/bottom or left/right (and if so, i haven't idea how), quality of the PCB was awful (i've destroyed a little circuit after hours of dealing with it, my fault I guess). So, finally it wasn't working and I will need to do some troubleshotting, but looks pretty ugly since I've smelled burned component when connected to the PSU. After this kit, i've made Turing Machine Mk2 and whoah, it has nothing to compare, the thonk building manual was friendly, it care about difficult parts and everything was nicely packed with values and references and it was even giving nicely tips on how to achieve good results. What i've learned: difficult between one kit and other, in this case, wasn't a matter of soldering skills, but a properly way of how the documentation and how the kit was packadged. Maybe you are facing the easiest building in the world, but if things are not properly explained or marked, it could be a nightmare. My personal experience, again, as additional information this could be my 20th kit and i've made mostly befaco kits (which i recommend totally). To be honest this module looks like a great beast, but will avoid erica synths kit for a while. hugs

@@almohadillaseisefes I see. I'm sorry you've had such a frustrating experience with this. In my experience, different makers have different styles which you can get used to after some builds. Befaco is like that and so is Erica. Maybe if you'd done a few simpler Erica kits first it would have been easier! Don't give up on them, they have some killer modules :)
