This is a short excerpt from Silk Road.
Upon discovering the new sound I am able to create on Juno 106, it became very tempting to create a short cover on Silk Road as I always play it when I am free. Using most of the sounds from the Korg 01/W, from the choir/strings/bass/harp etc.
I have always loved the isolated feeling feeling this Silk Road version has given.
This interpretation describes the feeling I have felt at that time, slow, contemplating and free..

I think it's very nice. Listening to the performance makes you feel like you are traveling to another world. The tone using JUNO106 is also wonderful. It seems like Kitaro's own performance.

Thank you! I believe the Korrg 01/W Choir/Strings sounds called 'Deep Choir' are used before for similar arrangement during the live tour in 2004. The volume pedal makes a big difference in the expression. It is difficult for control but once it is right, it can be very pleasing.

Have you recreated the lead sound on Juno-106 or is the Juno controlling another synth (the original Korg used by Kitaro) via MIDI?

The lead sound is recreated on the Juno106. Though, the timbre is slightly different, it is very difficult to tell unless compared to side by side.

Fantastic! Would you be willing to share the settings you used on your Juno to achieve the lead sound? I would like to see if this can be recreated on the Deepmind 12.
