I enjoy seeing cyborg builds of various dolls. This one looks great! The shape of the mechanical parts all fit the Barbie vibe really aesthetically. Well done! Some extra ideas: The outfit is a little bit one note; some simple drybrushing of silver onto the shirt or skirt might make it pop out with a bit more contrast. Since the stomach is exposed, there's some room for tattoos/hex patterns/cyborg seams/etc that could trail down the legs or up the neck. Brown leather could be a good accent to break up some of the black.
I knew I've seen those hands before... Of course they were power ranger hands! awesome build. I still get an uneasy sensation when doll get chopped of on purpose, but you did it justice.
