I want to do this, then add a metallic vein of copper. I really like the rough stone edge but I’m torn on if it’s the right option when you’re going for this more luxe look. Love the videos! Thank you so much
I thought the same thing, however I was pleasantly surprised😅.. I have like 7 sample boards in the “how the heck did I do that again” pile.. gudd luck You got this!!!!
Very impressive. Im considering using your products to refinish my counter tops . This is probably a stoopid question - when do I remove the masking tape from around appliances, sinks etc? I've had a few bad experiences with removing tape from painted areas with the tape leaving a rough edge when removed! Thanks for sharing your incredible experience.
I bought a kit from another resin company. Im going to buy 1 from stone coat and see which of the 2 are the most forgiving. I need to change my granite color in my kitchen. I hope its stone coat because you demonstrate how your product works. Even though the reviews from the other company are good, i havent seen them stand by it like you guys do. We'll see. Nice job on this one btw.
I can say without a doubt stone coats working time is amazing. I just did a desk at a church the other day and had a zoned off room with plastic everywhere to try and decrease dust, etc. i had it exactly how I wanted and left it, I came back to check on it periodically to make sure no bubbles, etc. at about the 3 hour mark I look and notice a small fruit fly landed in the epoxy (it was a white marble top and very noticeable) I got it out with a toothpick and it left a little hershey kiss looking tail out of the top. Even at the 3 hour mark, I heated it with a heat gun and it flowed right back even. Now that its cured I cant even tell where it was. They definitely dont lie about their working time!
I reckon that I will have to buy your products the next time that I attempt a countertop. I gave up after about four to five weeks and what I thought were successful pours, three different times. Each pour separated from the countertop within 48 hours.
