Kitchen Day (Cherry Tomato and Corn Salsa, Pimento Cheese and Cucumber Salad) 

It's a cool, rainy day here in North Alabama, so I'm spending some time in the kitchen. I can up some cherry tomato and corn salsa, make cucumber salad, and pimento cheese. I also give an update on the the garlicky dill sauerkraut.
