If you don't push that lid onto the top of the GluBot when in use, I'm going to hunt you down and make you watch Katy Perry videos for 24 hours.

The clip of the upturned angle grinder really made me want to send out my jig... because even though it's dangerous as hell, it's slightly less dangerous than that.

I was a tad loose, but it didn't kill me or lop anything important off, so it was all fine. 😂

Great video, my two favorite lines "the pin is a lie" & "dehardener" .

Nicely done. Never thought of using a grinder like that for sharpening.
@PhilMakesThings

Thanks for watching 😀. The grinder will take a totally blunt knife to acceptably sharp in seconds with a flap disk, but it will also eat the blade very quickly of you're not careful 😂

Cool channel, learned a new thing with the masonry drill bit for hardened steel, all the best dude, subscribed 😉

Welcome! Thanks for subscribing. I learnt the masonry bit trick only the other day... it's less like drilling and more like grinding. It's not pretty but it gets a job done 😀

Love it Phil! You could take down a live wild restobacon with that knife!
@PhilMakesThings
@PhilMakesThings 6 лет назад
Not round here you couldn't 😂 ... the best you could hope for would be rats or kids from the estate smoking pondweed.

Nice one mate😉 I understand uou like to feed the trolls😂 when Steve is terrified, the trolls will feast upon the comment section😂 I think it turned out great, and since all body parts are still attached, the safety police got nothing on you😉

Mr. Progress, thank you. I'm pretty pleased with how it came out. As Andy said, I need to make a sheath to go with it. Never done leather work... another first time for everything. It's only a a safety issue if someone's there to tell you not to 😉 Trolls? I eat them for breakfast.

So I know what I’m doing when the scales finally fall off my main kitchen knife. Drilling out the rivets. Then playing where the hell do I buy some decent wood?
@PhilMakesThings
@PhilMakesThings 6 лет назад
The oak was from the scrap bin, Sapele was an old table and I was given the Ekki by Tim (Turgworks in IG)... Just add glue and some swearing 😂
