This is why I love Gordon Ramsay, he may come across at times as a foul-mouthed bully boss from hell at times. But the underline is that this is a man who is VERY passionate about his profession, who has worked his ass off for years to get where he is and genuinely cares about his customers getting the most cleanest and quality food possible

Some people don't respond to niceness, which he DOES usually start with, he has more patience than I do, and so some people only respond to yelling. That's the only way to get their attention. I think he's great. He has some great kids, too.

I've never had a problem with Chef Ramsay or any way he handles situations like this. You can tell the guy has strong passion for his art and we don't have a lot of people like that anymore. He has a craft and he's perfected so when he sees something like that of course it's going to piss him off. Especially when he's there to help you.

Dear people who think that this stuff is un believable cause all the restaurants he goes to happen to be bad, Keep in mind that the restaurants he goes to are ones who requested him to come BECAUSE they are bad. If they weren't bad, he wouldn't be going. That's like being surprised that every house a plumber gets called to has a plumbing issue.
They don't want to take responsibility when he forces them to look at reality. Nobody wants to hear, "You're doing such a shitty job that you're putting the health of other people at risk." So the mold and all the other things he saw- which take longer than two days to appear- all of that happened in 48 hours? Yeah, and some of these places seem to have been like this for years, so it's weird that a health inspector would be like "yeah, warm fridge, old rat under the shelf, three inches of decade-old gunk behind this machine, looks good". Makes me wonder what other restaurant kitchens look like.

You're pulling it out of proportion, they can film anything regardin the show, anything that happends there, with him, they are allowed to film without asking for his permission time after time, however when he later goes home and sits on his sofa they are not allowed to film that since he didn't give them permission.

Its easy to see, from those who have posted, who does and who does not have a clue as to how this industry works. That woman has a disgusting kitchen, and the food is mixed up and has all kinds of crap in there. This is a kitchen, where it prepares food for us to eat. No matter whather you like or hate Gordon Ramsay, is completely irrelevant here. That silly woman is running a disgusting shit pit and she needs to open here eyes to the situation. Gordon has pointed out how sickening the place is and she cannot take the criticism. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE who defends this woman, is every it as disgusting as she is. You cannot defend her just because oyu may hate Ramsay, you can hate him all you like, but the facts are still facts whether you like them or nor, and that is that Gordon Ramsay got to where he is now, by being one of the best in the world at what he doesl sure he is obnoxious and often very agressive, but he is right, he knows the score and in order for that woman to ge tthe best out of her restaraunt, she needs to man up and take it on the chin from the expert. I imagine the woman was embarrassed, and so instead of accepting responsibilty.....she lashed out......Ive seen the British version of the program, and Ive noticed that there is far less drama and cussing than this series.....I suspect that the North American audience would find that too boring......too bad, because its uplifting to see any struggling restaurant succeed after they allow Chef Ramsay to help them.....
